rooms are very small to be even called a serviced apartment. Just 1 or 2 bowl/plates per room, which seems to be very less. no proper cooking utensils. no tissue at room. refrigerator was working but in broken condition . all things are dated . At pearl marina hotel, the stay was comfortable and apartment was located in prime location with marina view which was beautiful

We were assigned to a pwd room and the bathroom smell terrible.

Awesome experience we had for our staycation. We had fun and good location near jbr and marina mall.

Location is superb with a mesmerizing marina view right from your bedroom. And since it's in walking distance from the metro station, travel-ling becomes lot easy. It is surrounded by good affordable eateries which makes it ideal to the tourists.

Had nice and plea-sent experience. Staff made as feel like complete home and family members especially mr adil and swimming pool staff members. Also travel desk team were very helpful in suggesting best travel tourist spots

we booked hotel for 4 days but we impressed with marina view and area of hotel so we extend it to 10 days and staff specially Adil help us alot and very nice to us 😀😀

The location of this hotel is awesome. Staff is very friendly and co operative. Room view is lovely. Overall a feel good experience.

Location is gr8. 10 minutes from dmcc metro has supermarkets and restaurants in front. Just back u have marina bay with lot of food options and nice view

The hotel is not bad but the pictures are deceptive! studio is small and very average. Carpets in room were not clean, and the smoke alarm in the room kept going off whenever we'd cook anything in the kitchen area. Bathrooms were flooding - no shower curtain or partition for shower area. Also, don't expect prompt in-room service - you need to keep following up. Lastly, the outdoor jacuzzi was filthy! couldn't get ourselves to get in after taking a close look. Joseph obama who works as the bellboy in the reception is the best, brightest thing about the hotel! he is warm, helpful and full of life. It was also a pleasure to meet reddy, the lifeguard. He was extremely helpful and kind.

Good location and we enjoyed the scenic beauty of marina

No additional plug points in room. Had to unplug oven/tv to put chargers and kettle. The phone was also disconnected. Had to go down to reception to get it corrected. Breakfast was very limited. No indian dish. Italian dish was not good on any day. Nothing tasted very nice. We survived on cornflakes and bread. Not recommended for indians.

We stayed a whole week at this place. Excellent views of the Marina waterfront. 15 minutes walk to the JBR Beach (they also have a complimentary drop off at 10:30 Am), 15 to 20 minutes walk to DMCC Metro Station.

Absolutely worth the price. Good rooms and a wonderful location.

Pool was very small and should have been a little big.

Excellent Hotel at a very good price at premium location

The location was good next to the Marina Bay and dhow cruise. However there is a traffic jam and from the sheik Zayed Road. The Hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpful and they made us felt at home! The market restaurant is too good in Indian cuisine and you can ask for Indian spicy food. The rooms were super clean, tidy except the microwave didn't work.

It was a overall great experience staying at this service apartment. Nice view from the hotel window and well cleaned staff was very helpful and happy to help and support.
