Hotel is perfectly ok, it's fantastic Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai within that budget. but probably is there with their staff-- 1. thay are rude. 2. they made waiting for check in for hours. 3. Half board system is not good. it's fixed manu and everyday you have to eat same food. 4. to hide their failure for timely check in they bribe you with a cup of coffee. but for late check out they charge you heavily. 5. lack of courtesy But room is very fine, spacious, super neat and clean. As you enter into the room, it gives a positive feelings. We had Very nice experience, initially we booked for 3 days later after experiencing their services buffet breakfast and hospitality we extended our stay in the same Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai . U specially call out the names in front desk Sai , Gautham were very pleasant in customer service and travel desk by Nuwaisir.

In the room price of seven up can is written in the mini bar as 12 dirham in the restaurant purani dilli it is 22 dirham each Rooms not senior citizen friendly. Each time you have to jump into a bath tub to to use running water. No hand wash in any bathroom. Please do better when you use the name Sheraton.

Nicely situated at bur dubai with walkable distance to metro station and Indian restaurants. The Four Points By Sheraton Bur Dubai has all the amenities like swimming pool, gym, spa services, restaurant, bar and cafe. Food is really delicious and buffet breakfast deserves special mention.

Breakfast options and services need improvement towards vegetarian options they can include idli poha upma etc
