Visited the hotel during my recent business trip to Dubai. It is a nice hotel with good room size and excellent views. Good spread of food. Decent amenities and warm service staff. Overall check in to check out process is seamless with superior experience

Wonderful stay, great staff
I had a faultless stay at this hotel when travelling for business. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a club room due to the extended length of my stay.
I ordered room service breakfast every day (buffet is 150AED - one breakfast dish is 40-60AED each and more than substantial). Always delivered in timely manner with great service.
Beautiful pool shared with Crowne Plaza. Both pools are great.
Great gym and staff. Regularly at the gym each day and developed a good rapport with both staff.
100% recommended to stay here.

Very good hotel in an unfortun....
Visited the hotel various times in the past for conferences and already knew it. This time round I chose to spend the nights there. Let‘s face it: It is an Interconti, and therefore if you have used the Intercontis in the past, you know what you can expect and what you get. It is a 5* star hotel and delivers accordingly in terms of ambience, style, atmosphere and service. In fact, the Intercontis I stayed at in Joburg, Istanbul and Almaty are perfect copies. This one offers spacious and modern rooms. I had breakfast included and the buffet is a killer in terms of versatility. You can easily stay the whole morning there. I have used the Sauna, the Spa, the Gym and the outdoor pool. All facilities are very modern, clean, well equipped and maintained. I had dinner at the Choix Patisserie & Restaurant, which was very delicios throughout at a very reasonable price. All in all, a very charming experience. The only downsides, which are actually not associated with the hotel itself, is 1) the location (too far from down-town and the DIFC), and 2) the exterior „water, laser and fire experience“ that occurs every 30 minutes, which can be quite unnerving if you have dinner on the terrace. Apart from that, it‘s a very solid hotel at a very reasonable price.

WONDERFUL ROOMS WITH GREAT VIE....
Warm & friendly reception from all, from doorman, bellhops, front desk, housekeeping! Rooms are huge having been upgraded to a junior suite with magnificent pool view, beautiful bathroom w/ fabulous amenities, plush bedding. The hotel on one side is alongside a man made lake that has a daily dancing fountain show that starts at 7:00 p.m.the location, though connected to a huge mall that houses international chains, the French dept. store CARREFOUR and Scandinavian home store IKEA and all others TGIF, APPLEBEES, etc. cinemas and designer outlets - is a bit far from the nearest MTR (Metro sta,) . The cluster of hotels at this location (Festival City) incl. the Intercontinental, Crown Plaza & Holiday Inn do not provide free shuttle to anywhere, not even to the Metro Sta! That is the only disappointing part! It behooves IHG to at least provide a scheduled shuttle to the train station.
