Facilities and location are good.

Rooms were decent. Housekeeping was good. Cleanliness was good. Hotel location was fine. Lack of staff at reception and for guest greeting.

The hotel was really clean and spacious, i really liked it and we got the one with the balcony. The view was really nice as well

I booked a non-refundable booking and came for late checkin, the receptionist told me that they are fully booked and no one informed me or got in touched in advance. They didn’t even give anything complimentary neither apologies. I had to room around and look for another hotel with my luggage after the middle of the night. There was no manager available when i came not even on duty manager!

The hotel is very nice and highly under rated. The reception and the quality of house keeping is worth mentioning. Although the breakfast spread for vegetarian is limited still the view from 14th floor and the taste of food make it. Overall a very good choice at very competitive prices and location. Kudos.

It's a nice hotel for family stay. Rooms are big and location also good

Location good but not easy came out because of the traffic first they offered room which is smoky smell and moved to another room

Location is good, apartment space, cleanliness, bedroom size all was good, breakfast was average, but staff was very polite, as per location, and size of apartments it was a value deal for us

Joyful but would be better if rooms are sound isolated and Maintained in better ways

Best in terms of food for indian option in breakfast, best location but need to update facility description in make my trip. As no shuttle and game area due to covid

This was family stay, although we didn't get road facing room somehow, the rooms were bigger, had semi functional kitchen, one balcony. The restaurant on ground floor is fantastic, I had breakfast every day and enjoyed. The staff in restaurants is great, the executive chef Taumirf, Subin, Floyd, Gavin, everyone else and Praveen and Ganesh from front desk and security staff. Housekeeping staff cleaned room, although it wasn't done very well. But the rooms were cleaned everyday without fail. The location is ideal and central. The staff always tries to help within their limits. I will stay again. The swimming pool is on terrace and very well maintained.

The hotel is just around the corner from the Mall of Emirates. Easily accessible by metro, taxi and bus. We stayed here for 3 days and breakfast was awesome.

Near to mall of emirates. Clean room.
The room was spacious and clean but there was no view and a lot of noise from the adjacent construction site. Amenities were limited. Water Bottle provided only for the first day although we stayed for 6 days. Would suggest the hotel if you are looking for a property in close proximity to the the mall of emirates. Overall stay was convenient.

This hotel location is an added advantage. Near mall near metro station. Breakfast is very good, clean rooms, good service.

I had spoken to their representatives before booking and had mentioned that 3 adults would be staying and if 1 bhk would be OK and they made a reservation for the same. Since we wanted to make the payment online and they didn't have any way to pay them directly, I informed that I would make the reservation online through company and booked the same 1bhk. Unfortunately when we reached there, there was no intimation to the reception staff and we were asked to pay extra for the 3rd person. But we did get an upgrade to a 2 bhk which was fabulous the staff are so helpful and amazing. Everyone was very welcoming and sweet. We didn't try the food in the hotel though so can't comment on that. The pool was amazing and from the terrace you get a view of Burj Khalifa and Burjal Arab definitely recommend this hotel apt than any other hotel in Dubai. Being a hotel apt we had so much space and didn't feel cramped with all the shopping bags and luggage. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ever need for cooking your own meals. The mall of the emirates was so close by that almost everyday we ended up spending at least an hour there. Last minute shopping was so convenient because of the mall. Also considering the metro station is right there inside the mall. In front of the hotel there are always normal cabs ready to take you wherever. Highly recommend you chose this hotel for your stay. They charged us extra for tourism fee which was expected.
The room was amazing one of the best hotels that was budget friendly and a great location. Mall of the emirates was very close by. The staff were excellent and so sweet during our entire stay. The pool was amazing. There were always cabs in front of the hotel ready if we needed to go anywhere. Highly recommend.

Hotel was walk in way to mall of Emirates, nice clean hotel, good rooms large spacious, good breakfast and very courteous staff.
