Donatello Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates

Great stay. They upgraded our king room to family room which was nearly size of a suite with so much space and separate bathrooms. The staff is very courteous and is a great place for Indian tourists with Mall of Emirates nearby

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely responsive and helpful, making my experience very comfortable. The overall service and hospitality were excellent. Highly recommend!

The service is slow they don't give water have to asked 4/5 times have to improve the service

The reception area is not too crowded and its so fast to finish our check in time.. The room is very big and the design of the walls are so calm.if you need some rest this is the hotel for you. The breakfast food is great and the staff are so kind.im sure we will comeback again with my family.

The property is near metro station - 4 mins walk. The room was big , clean and the service was great. The Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast for Indian taste was ok. The staff were very accommodating for my late exit and early check in unlike other hotels. Overall the stay was pleasant.

My wife and I stayed at the Dantello Hotel on August 30th and 31st. We were just looking for a nice room for a couple of nights, so we didn't get a package with breakfast or anything like that. Our main focus was on the room itself, and for the most part, we were pretty happy with it. The best part of our stay was definitely the room. It was really nice—spacious, clean, and felt very comfortable. The decor was modern and simple, which we liked. The bed was also fantastic; it was one of those where you just sink in and get a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed, which is always a plus. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a busy day. The one thing that was a bit of a letdown was the room service. We ordered a couple of times and found it to be pretty slow. We had to wait a while to get our food, which was a little frustrating when you're hungry and just want to eat in your room. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it was noticeable. Overall, our stay was a good one. The quality of the room was excellent, making it a great place to relax. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable hotel and don’t mind a bit of a wait for room service, the Dantello Hotel is a solid choice.

They dont allow the refill of water from the filter in dining area and bragg its a 4 star hotel so you need to buy at their rates, rather I bought from a grocery just nearby for less than 10th part. And they also dont have a mini refrigerator for drinks in the room.

The property is old but well-maintained overall. However, the toilet area is quite narrow, and the closet is outdated and in need of renovation.

We stayed in the executive room. The room is huge, ideal for family, staff are approachable and friendly, food affordable and delicious..price very affordable and the pool ohhh my son loves it.. definitely we will come back for another stay

The hotel staff are very hospitable and conscientious. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel food was of very good quality and the hotel restaurant had a varied menu. Whenever I requested room cleaning, it was done on time. The hotel's access to the metro and the Mall of the Emirates is very good.

Just cozy and great . Room was spacious and tidy. never stayed in a room in this budget with such amenities

Customer service and reservation staff are worst. Inconsiderate on the needs of the customer. Will not recommend.
