Location good nearest metro station and bus stand breakfast average no south indian dishes like dos a idli vada

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a nice experience. They have good swimming pool and gym facilities. Breakfast was good considering we are vegetarian. They had atleast one slightly heavy veg item like Chhole paratha, chana masala with Paratha, dosa sambhar, fried rice everyday, along with usual salads and breads which was good. It's located at 3 mins walk from City-centre metro station. So if you are planning to use metro it's a big plus.

Hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable beds. Good breakfast spread and overall value for money

Very small room i asked for an upgrade and i wanted to pay they completely ignored me i would wait for at least 3-4 hours till room service brings me a dental kit, i asked for a vanity kit since 2 days and they didn’t bring it yet. Such a terrible experience i would only recommend it if you have work near deira other than that, literally don’t even think about it

I celebrated my birthday in the hotel. Upon check in we met ahmed. He gave a complimentary upgrade which was amazing. Rohit from housekeeping & the pool staff was very courteous and smiling. Thank you guys!

Front desk staffs are very rude. They shouldn’t be at the front desk. They dont know how to treat guests.

The room is good, but the staff in the reception cashier are not friendly at all. When we ask something they got annoyed knowing that it’s their job to assist us!

It was pleasant and friendly staff especially ms yea b tsega very polite and happily serving customers with a smile. The rooms are very clean and the cleaners are doing the job well, like mr. Sahoo, all in all the hotel is perfect we are happy we stayed there.

My stay was excellent. Check was good and fast. Room service and cleaning good. Always stay at corp-thorn as the metro is close by. City centre mall is 2 min away walking.

Its our second time at copthorne and they never disappoint us. From yaeb at reception to fawaz at bell desk was very patient and accomodating. The place itself is very tidy. We stayed at a deluxe 1 bedroom and was very lovely with a nice balcony. The place is very near to metro and a mall and the area has lots of restaurants to choose.
