Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai

They are not friendly at all, asking for checkout again and again, even asking for friends if they visit. Poor experience. Never recommend anyone.

Property location is at good place as many places around are accessible and nearby. Food quality and taste is fantastic, you get good Indian food (Special thanks to Chef Nikhil Dobriyal and Tour manager Vivek Chhetri for the food and travel arrangements. Hotel services are also great with a helpful staff. Overall it was a great experience.

Overall a nice & pleasant stay hotel expereince at this hotel- best in class in its range with all amenities. Highly recommended.

Good Location and budget friendly room ,Reception area gets very crowded with people sitting and chatting for long hours

Beyond terrible. Very Dinghy hotell feels like fish market. They play blasting music every night till 2:30 am. If you are trying to sleep I wish you very best of luck. Breakfast is terrible. Totally avoid at all cost.

⭐ 1 Star Review Very disappointing experience. This hotel has very poor hospitality and a bad attitude towards guests. They don’t allow visitors at all, even for short meetings, and they customers to take extra rooms unnecessarily. The security officer behaves very rudely, almost like — completely unprofessional Overall, no respect for guests, no understanding, and no basic of customer service. Definitely not recommended for anyone who expects decent behavior or hospitality.

I stayed there for 7 nights….the location is very convenient as it is close to the airport and also closely connected with markets and modes of communication. The food is good.. The staff is very helpful and supportive…. An experience of comfort and support.. loved at City Max

Pathetic experience rooms are very small ppl at front desk zero helpful. Rude and no customer service.its better to opt from other option.. they just mint money without any service

As per 4 star everything is good, No luggage pickup from room n From gate. It's very terrible to get luggage down 😔👎

There are clubs in the hotel lobby with what with women dressed in minimal clothing - I barely got had sleep due to loud music. The rooms are very old and unkept Looks like it’s mainly for the Indian community. No one to help with bags on arrival and you check yourself into the hotel . The breakfast is also very limiting to Indian cuisine .

Hotel is just for stay in night. No facility given to guest, not even a person who can guide you to room neither help you carry ur bag.

It was a simply awesome stay. Very close to the CBD of Dubai. Excellent food & Service . I will surely recommend City Max to all my business friends

It is a well maintained hotel, reasonably closer to metro and food joints. They have a basic gym and a pool.

The stay didn’t feel like value for money, rooms were really small. Service was also not that great.

It was a very good stay at Citymax..as always.. Good Sized Comfortable rooms and good food. Perfect location too for short trips and business trips
