My stay at Citymax Hotel Al Barsha was comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Mall of the Emirates and the metro, making it easy to explore Dubai. The room was cleaned only 2 out of 3 nights, the towels were not replaced one day, when my son working in dubai visited our room accompanied by us (me &my wife) they objected it. This is un usual.

I recently stayed at Citymax Hotel at the Mall in Al Barsha, and honestly, it was a really smooth and comfortable experience. The biggest plus has to be the location—it’s literally just a short walk from the Mall of the Emirates, so everything you need is right around the corner, whether it’s shopping, food, or just getting around the city. Super convenient! The room itself was neat and cozy—not huge, but definitely had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly (which is a must in Dubai!), and housekeeping did a great job keeping things clean every day. Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay, which was great since I had a bit of work to do while traveling. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I had a couple of small requests during my stay and they were sorted out pretty quickly with a smile, which always makes a difference. The food at the hotel was also a pleasant surprise. I tried breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and it was tasty and reasonably priced. They also have a small sports bar which was fun to hang out in during the evenings. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even short business trips. It’s not overly fancy, but it’s got all the basics done right and the location is just unbeatable. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the Al Barsha area.

The toilet in the room is not good because when you take shower it will flood inside the whole toilet when i call them to change our room they said they cannot do it and then when someone check the toilet they said its the design of it.
