Grand Nova Bur Dubai

The room cleanliness was quite poor. Despite giving reminders, the room was cleaned only twice during my 6-day stay. The other amenities, such as the TV and kettle, were very basic and not properly cleaned. The washroom was also quite small, with an unclean shower curtain separating the bathing area. Overall, the experience did not meet the basic standards expected from a hotel.

The hotel is worst Full of mosquitos and coakroches, rooms are old , dirty furniture, no good cleaning , for reception, you have to climb stairs with bags. Not good at all

The stay at Grand Nova Bur Dubai was good . the service was nice from the staffs. the rooms where clean and maintained well.

The property was not clean that much. Washroom was not well maintained and stull is also not good. Once open the window then very bad view outside and people can see you as well from them. Ac is also not proper

Amazing stay experience at Grand Nova. It is located at perfect location in bur dubai. We were there at Diwali times & the market is fab. Deira is close to this market & we completed our shopping there easily.

Rooms are not great as there's no ventilation at all. Also no support from the reception

worst hotel I ever stayed at, there was no TV, worst customer service, we booked one masted bed room, they allocated individual beds in the room. worst experience I ever had.

The bed is not good support for sleep it may cause back pains if anyone having issues it might be severe and the room little bit smelly...

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The room was absolutely filthy – dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and a foul smell that didn’t go away even after airing the room. The bathroom was in horrible condition, with hair in the drain and mold on the tiles and fully stained bath tub. Clearly, the room had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. Despite raising complaints to the staff multiple times, no one took any action to resolve the issue. Basic hygiene and cleanliness were completely lacking. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not return.

The hotel stay was average. The room was clean but not very spacious. Service was slow at times.Location was convenient, but overall, it lacked charm or anything memorable. It met basic expectations.

The room was spacious for sure. But water in the washroom was totally hot everywhere from the taps which was not bearable for the use. Stained towel was placed in the room. Tv was not working at all even after informing for three times in a row. Electrical wires were tangled and open under the Tv which was not safe in anyways. And i don't feel staffs are willing to assist the guest. Certainly, You have to be more cautious about these points in terms of guest experience.

Bangladeshi Person is a very rude and disrespectful person, He taking very misbehaviour is not an acceptable behaviour. And TV, Hear Dryers not working properly. Otherwise Grand Nova Hotel is Good to go. Okay
