the room was very neat and adequate. the staff were very polite and helpful. anands the breakfast was lovely with adequate variety. I will definitely come and stay here again. the location is also very close to al rigga metro station and all ghurair center. all in all really great experience.

This hotel is a complete disappointment and nowhere near what a 4-star property should be. There is no room service, no in-room dining, and not even basic crockery available when requested. When we asked for dishes, the receptionist casually said, “Sorry, we don’t have dishes.” That should tell you everything about the so-called service here. Even for something as basic as tea bags and sugar in the morning, we had to call multiple times, wait over 30 minutes, and remind them again and again. The service is slow, careless, and frustrating. The state of the facilities is equally bad. The bathroom sink leaks constantly, and the faucets feel like they’ll fall apart with a single touch. This isn’t maintenance neglect – it’s sheer disregard for guest comfort. I would strongly advise against booking this place. Don’t be fooled by the “4-star” label – this is just a glorified lodge dressed up as a hotel. There are plenty of better options in Dubai where your money and time won’t be wasted.

I love my stay, the room is good the beds are clean, there's some stain on the carpets, but its not disturbing, there's no foul smell, the room temp can only go down at 19.5°, the toilet is clean also have a functioning hair dryer

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel as it doesn't have these clubs so it is not loud as compared to other hotels with nightclubs and all. I would highly recommend this property as this is very family friendly.

Staff behaviour and service is not upto the mark, always remind them 2-3 times for any assistance. Very bad experience.

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly, polite, and provided excellent service. Although in-room dining wasn’t available during my stay, I was able to order through Talabat, which was convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciate the hospitality.

The location of property is slightly far from the Dubai Metro and market. The food options for vegetarian are limited. Facility are not so good you need to ask for the basic things, like bathing soap. TV was not working at all.

The hotel room was very good, all the staff were cooperative and helpful. As it s our Wedding Anniversary, they upgraded our room to executive suit. We enjoyed our stay. We would love to recommend this hotel as well as this app

Location is good, but bad customer service we required some glasses to the room and we had to request 3 times same thing! and dust here and there in the room. Tub was not cleaned properly and looks old. Clean should maintain in room. And breakfast was fine but better if there was little more varieties. Sausages, buns, jam like something feels like breakfast. Thanks
