Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City Mall

Fantastic service rooms and food... Staff was super accommodating and they took care of us.. We will stay with this hotel on our next trip to Dubai

Everything is nice. Comfy and relaxing stay. From check in to check out all went smoothly and nicely. The hotel is very generous to prepare a small cake for my husband’s birthday. I would like to commend Visek the receptionist who helped us through our check in. He was very friendly and gave excellent service. The food is good especially the breakfast and the dinner can be improved if there will be additional dishes. The room is spacious and very good. It has mall access which is very nice and convenient. Amenities is excellent!

From the moment we arrived, the property offered a peaceful escape with a prime location close enough to explore the city yet secluded enough to unwind. The food was a delightful surprise, with flavors that felt home cooked yet refined. The amenities were well maintained, especially the pool and lounge areas, which added a luxurious feel to our stay. What truly stood out was the staff’s attentiveness: every request was handled with care and warmth. It was more than just a stay; it was a moment of rest and recharge.

we had a remarkable stay at holiday inn on the 2nd of december, coinciding with eid al etihad. the nearby fireworks at festival city mall truly made the experience memorable. the hotel boasts state-of-the-art furnishings and decorations, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options, including the convenience of ordering specific items. my wife and i particularly loved the beautifully designed lobby area—it was the highlight for us. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

Wonderful stay and service availed in this hotel..its location is quite beautiful in that we got a waterfont view room with burj khalifa view..starting from the reception to the room service inc the restaurant all the staffs were so welcoming and friendly. There was not a single trouble we had throughout the stay..pleasant and happy stay.

Overall good hotel and near airport however they do not disclose that they don’t run shuttle to airport on all terminal and especially for emirates. I specially booked the hotel so that i can use their shuttle since i had lot of luggage but at checkin they said they cannot provide so i had to spend another 60-80 aed to book two taxis in the morning. They should be upfront about that.

The hotel is right at the heart of dubai. The amenities are great, has connectivity to the dubai festival city mall. Breakfast options are good.

Food is nice too many variety, staff are friendly and nice location since it is connected on the mall, only negative is the valley parking, the staff needs to observe personal hygiene since the smell of the driver stinks and smell left in the car

Breakfast was horrible. I stayed in other ihg hotels, the breakfast are amazing. But here there are not many choice and they dont replenish or late replenish the food even its only 10am. I been eating only egg omelet for 13days. Service 4/5

Very good property. Nice, clean well maintained. It is next to festival city mall and ikea store in fact it is interconnected with them. So while staying at the hotel you can easily go to mall to shop. Buffet is great at this place
