Good stay and good staff with good food and services staff is very good and supportive clean room and Wash room

I recently stayed at Deevana Plaza Krabi Aonang and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk to Ao Nang Beach, local shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The property is beautifully maintained with a modern design and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable, and the balcony views add a nice touch. The swimming pool area is lovely, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The hotel also offers a good selection of facilities including a fitness center, spa, and a poolside bar. Food at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options catering to different tastes, and the quality was consistently good. What stood out most was the service. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. They were attentive to every request and made the stay feel very comfortable. Overall, Deevana Plaza is a great choice for anyone visiting Ao Nang — combining excellent location, great food, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Resort was very beautiful, I love the swimming area. Some of our friends recommend the property to us.

Food & employees behaviour was not good

For a 4 star hotel the stay was really disappointing. Apart from the rooms which were clean, the entire property was deserted and sad. The property was undergoing renovations which was no where mentioned at the time of booking, which sort of shows how seriously they take their hospitality. I understand that this is offseason, but tourist should not have to compromise on their experience. If a hotel cannot provide a 4star service across the year then they should not take the booking. Absolute waste of money. Food review was overhyped, or maybe they provide good food only during the “season”. Overall it was a waste of time and money and I regret not booking another stay. 4 star hotels should provide more than a clean room else what is the difference between 2 star and 4 star.

The hotel was located centrally with access to market place and all the other common services, beach and Krabi night market was with walking distance.

The hotel is located quite in the interiors, making the location less than ideal. The breakfast buffet was overhyped in the reviews and didn’t live up to expectations. Staff interactions could be improved, they need to be more warm and courteous. To add to the discomfort, one of the staff members entered the room without knocking simply because the DND sign wasn’t displayed. Regardless, basic courtesy of knocking and waiting should never be overlooked.

the stay was very comfortable. hospitality was good. food options are nice particularly morning breaking buffet has a few indian favourites.Location wise also this is good..just at a walkable distance from the hotel there are plenty of indian restaurants ( which actually serves good food) and a 7/11 store.

Good Staff, good ambience and clean, big rooms. Breakfast menu is elaborate and can accommodate more global cuisine.

A very good property with clean swimming pool and separate swimming pool for kids and with calm atmosphere.

I had 2 nights stay at Deevana Plaza, Krabi. The hotel has an inside pool of unique setting where it is flowing adjacent to the rooms, which the family will enjoy. Breakfast was okay. Overall good property and a very option especially family with kids...

Stay was excellent but food is average, also limited veg option. Pls try to keep southern Indian dishes in breakfast.

Great staff, we got upgraded to premium pool access room for free. Hospitality is great. Rooms are neat and clean.

Stay in Deewana Keabi was nice. Good rooms and amenities. Only lighting in rooms is are concerning. Felt like not sufficient. Otherwise everything was good.

Rooms were good. We had taken pool connected rooms which has direct access to the pool from your room. Pool is clean. Had kids pool too. Dedicated Play area (kids club). Humble staff, good food. Flaws: rooms has lot of mosquitoes, they don’t give any containers to pack food for kids.

Good hotel with nice amenities and great Indian option breakfast. Room service and lighting in the room could be better. Felt that staff is a bit rude.
