Hotel facilities and breakfast is good. Building look is good but inside old building is renovated with latest design. One of the male desk staff was very rude with us, it was half an hour delay from their check out time, i asked 10 minutes to complete the packing, but he said u have come out of the room with in 5 minutes otherwise i will charge 1day amount. This Patong Heritage is little costly compared to other Patong Heritage in same area with same facilities. So not worth of wait i paid because at the end left with stressed. So with this same price u can book better Patong Heritage in the same area
Amazing hotel

We stayed in this Patong Heritage for 2days. It is close to central mall and has many places nearby to eat and shop. The rooms were clean and the staff was humble and polite. Breakfast was amazing too. But in vegetarian breakfast they had eggs included which when i asked, the chef said is not there. My friend tasted and turns out it had eggs

The breakfast was amazing and the staff so nice. Room service was provided every morning and the location of this Patong Heritage was a key component to our trip since we were able to move around smoothly. The pools are clean and they assist you with towels and drinks!

The location is really good, very near to patong beach, the Patong Heritage is spacious with a swimming pool. Breakfast is pretty good but not the best or amazing. Overall it's a good Patong Heritage for budget travelers.

Good Patong Heritage at great location. Staffs were good and breakfast spread was nice. Patong beach, mall and bangla road is walkable distance. You will find many indian restaurant nearby. Overall very nice experience.

We stayed for 2 nights at patong heritage had very good experience especially with the hospitality, breakfast experience and overall ambience. The rooms are quite old but offers comfortable stay and nice balcony view.

It was a great experience in Patong Heritage . It was my second time staying in this Patong Heritage , back in 2018 I was here . Good service , close to main market & Bangla road . Breakfast was amazing .
