Patong Heritage

liked the stay in patong heritage ... sea view rooms are really good... even the location is very prime nearby to bangla street so many nearby vegetarian hotels.. only problem is the breakfast there are no vegetarian options in breakfast.. so many Indian vegetarians are there facing the same problem. at least they need to consider 1 or 2 good options for vegetarians.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was too good. Property location is also good. We very much enjoyed our stay

Its was not good experience .staff was rude.room was not up to the mark as shown at the MMT page.room was not at all good and room was very very small . Even furniture was also not same as shown at MMT receptionist also not cooperative and rude.blanket was very much dirty.only they changed the cover to hide the dirt from blanket.for us breakfast was included while booking the room but only two items of vegetarian food which was vvv bad to taste and v much blunt and in common area there was no water in filter machine

A very cooperative property and worth the money

One of the best places in Phuket. Good van service. And even though checkout are at 3pm they made sure we get any rooms available as soon as possible. Lovely service and a wide breakfast option. Definitely a halt needed if you are in Phuket.

It was a great experience in Patong Heritage . It was my second time staying in this hotel , back in 2018 I was here . Good service , close to main market & Bangla road . Breakfast was amazing .

Very popular hotel in popular area in Phuket.Foods are awesome.Rooms are very neat and clean.Hotel to patong beach nearly 10 min walking distance.

The location is really good, very near to patong beach, the hotel is spacious with a swimming pool. Breakfast is pretty good but not the best or amazing. Overall it's a good hotel for budget travelers.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff so nice. Room service was provided every morning and the location of this hotel was a key component to our trip since we were able to move around smoothly. The pools are clean and they assist you with towels and drinks!

The hotel’s location is very good but the kind of room and it’s ambience and the absence of some of the basic things like an iron in the room definitely is a big negative point about the hotel. On top of that the kind of per day room rent thats simply doesn’t justify

Budget hotel and very close to bangla road walking distance. Neat and clean rooms. Welcome drinks and coffee on the house.

Room is very small, not good for even 2 people, bad breakfast, washroom not at all good, looks like we are in the flight all the pipes are clearly visible

The room was very old and many things were broken in room. Staff behaviour was very rude. Won’t recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for 2 nights at patong heritage had very good experience especially with the hospitality, breakfast experience and overall ambience. The rooms are quite old but offers comfortable stay and nice balcony view.

Rooms are average and bathroom is very shabby. Overall experience is not good. And food quality also not upto the mark

Stay was comfortable. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. I gave 4 star just because of the leaking ac water in the balcony.

Basic hotel less than a budget hotel to indian standards. Near to the beach and seven eleven stores.
