AVA Sea Resort Krabi

Smelly washroom and damped walls with high moisture smell. Location of the hotel is only positive for this.

I was eligible for upgrade in room fruit basket and stuff but nothing was provided to me disappointed i have few benefits and have mailed hotel but they did not give a damn great.

The property was nice clean and close to the aonang beach It was next to the market so very accessible to all the places in krabi Very much recommend I stayed there for two nights The breakfast buffet was very good Pool was very clean Staff was accommodating

we had stayed 2 days in this hotel. there was some work going on at the entrance, however there were stair case at the entrance and we had to pull up our bags, this was something we were not expecting. The rooms are good and we had choosen this hotel with break fast however there was hardly any indian food. we had only options for salad, fruits and fruit juice. we got this hotel at very good rate. over all experience was average. This hotel is 500 metres from the Aonang Beach.

check-in was bad, breakfast was unhealthy, insufficient, people were very hostile at breakfast as well, check out was humiliating. ava sea resort staff was rude and unhelpful at every possible point, make my trip was unhelpful as well. never booking again with either party.

The place was decent nothing worth the price , there are much better stays for half the price in the same road, average service , average rooms with average hotel staff who rush you out of the room even when you’re already checking out at 12PM . I understand that the need to give quick service to the next customer, but 2 minutes shouldn’t be a problem and even if it is , it can be communicated in a nicer way.

Hotel location is good but seems old. Food is good. Swimming fool is well maintained. Travel desk is there but comparatively high with out side travel agencies.

The location of the property is excellent, as it’s just next to Kata walking street as well as the beach. The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful and polite. The cleanliness is top notch h. Had a wonderful stay.

ava sea resort is very pleasant place to stay specially their reception staff was awesome.their travel desk is very good.one thing their breakfast has to be improved for indian tourist.

Hotel was ok ok. View was not there. Even in breakfast there was less options. Till 10 o clock. At least they should offered it till 1030am.. anyway it was ok ok

It was nice and pleasant. We were upgraded to ocean-view room and its was nice of them.the rooms were big and very clean

Rooms are fine , breakfast is a epic let down only one or two options , they will show early checkin checkout availability but they wont provide you , they wont give you room upgrade too they will show many complimantrys but you wont even get one ..

Food did not cover indian options. Room was big and very good. Location is perfect. Overall a good experience

Very bad experience for babies they don't provide one single extra bottle No indian food n once it was there but it was not good also service is so bad also staff are very rude

Traffic Sound coming in room rest everything was perfect ambiance, Beach near hotel indian food option is very close to us. Highly recommended
