We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location is unbeatable — just a few steps away from the beach and very close to Bangla Walking Street and all the nearby markets. Everything you need is within walking distance! The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from the hairdryer and iron to other in-room amenities that made our stay so comfortable. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything neat and tidy. The hospitality was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy Phuket — the best part definitely being its amazing beachfront location! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Patong. 🌴✨ Already shared

This is a huge property starting from one side of the road n ending on the other side of the road.. one locality is cool calm n relaxing but not very far from hustle bustle as well near back gate there is night market.. shops n restaurants main gate is at the center of the street right in front of Radisson n few other 5 star properties 7/11 store massage parlour n one very amazing food joined it's right at the corner of the street by the name of BBT if you are a Non veg lover I highly recommend this place this property has 6 different swimming pools.. kids club.. 2 resturants n 1 open bar near swimming pool n in front of Patong beach.. this property has a third gate near swimming pool you can access patong beach from this gate..

My name is Lalit Sharma, and I stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket from 20 October to 24 October 2025, in Room No. 379. I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an unjustified charge added to my final bill for my child’s breakfast. At the time of booking and check-in, I was clearly informed that breakfast was included in our stay, and there was no mention of any separate charge for children. The additional fee was unexpected and appears to be incorrect.

Holiday Inn Patong Phuket is an ideal choice for family travelers! The resort has everything to keep kids happy — a fun splash pool, kids’ play area, PS4 corner, and plenty of engaging activities. The staff are warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was a delightful spread with a wide range of options, including Indian vegetarian dishes and even a special kids’ menu. Despite being right in the heart of Patong, the property feels peaceful and calm — a perfect balance of convenience and relaxation!

the property is well located and is walking distance to patong Beach Bangla Walking street. The property serves good spread in breakfast. The swimming pool is centrally located. Room service is good

Our stay at Holiday Inn, Patong, Phuket, was amazing. Excellent Location. Very convenient to every happening place. Well spread breakfast with separate counter having many Indian cuisine and 2 Jain food items. Staff is very efficient. 10/10

Nice place, good stay. The bathroom should have a lock and a door bell on the main door. overall good breakfast including Indian food.

City view room has no view at all, they give a room facing a tree n a wall. had no choice but to pay extra to upgrade or wait for 2 hours at lobby.

Resort is just infront of the patong beach with many food options. The best part is that it is very kids friendly with kids club and 2 kids pools. The bigger pool is also very nice. Breakfast had a huge spread with a separate kids menu. We had great fun in the pool and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended for families with young kids or even toddlers.

The hotel is not resort but more like express hotel. Below average room. Bathroom is almost pathetic with exhaust not working , overhead shower make lot of noise. Description of the room is also incorrect in MakeMyTrip. It’s mentioned as 2 double bed room while what was allocated by hotel was twin bed room. Total waste of money
