Impiana Beachfront Resort Patong, Phuket

Location of the resort is the best in Phuket area as it is right alongside the beach and yet the main street was just on the other side. Staff were polite and eager to help. Buffet breakfast was also good with ample choice. However during our stay, there was some problem with the drainage / sewer system due to which there was a foul smell in some of our bathrooms. Moreover, description of some rooms such as Superior Sea view was inaccurate as the sea was not directly visible from the room. Hence only due to these things which need to be fixed, rating of 4 is given out of 5.

Hi I stayed for three nights in the resort ,location of the resort was excellent with beach access and rooms was spacious and neatly maintained and room service was very good and staff were good and they responded properly and food menu was good and little draw back was no Indian food and I will give five star rating for room locality

Except the location there is nothing good about the hotel. Staff dont know any english, rude towards indians.

We stayed in the superior sea view room. The room was very spacious as well as had a portico. The best part about impiana is the location. It opens right on to the patong beach also less than 2 minutes walk to the famous bangla road ! the buffet breakfast was too good with plenty of choices. Will be back here soon.

In phuket they close room service at 9, rooms were very dirty, bugs and all. If somebody will give you the money to go to that hotel please don't go you will regret it.

The hotel has an excellent location in Patong, just adjacent to the beach. I had a nice time. Breakfast is very good.

No vegetarian breakfast. Head lady managing breakfast was rude. The guy making omelets was very helpful. otherwise excellent stay.

Food served wasn't fresh. The manager of the hotel was really rude. There was a plastic bag missing from the stayed and she charged our card without informing us

Decent hotel good hospitality and location is good

Prompt and quick service, cleanliness, humble and honest staff, perfect ambience, eco-friendly because it keeps it beach area clean and overall seven star for its location.

The hotel location is excellent. The hotel is rite on the Beach. you can literally walk to the Beach from the room. Jet sky and other water sports available. Hotel is 500 meters from the bars at Patong Beach Road. Great hotel to visit with friends and family. Especially the suite is secluded from other rooms with that a private pool, which is great. Breakfast is not too exceptional, eggs and fruit we're sufficient. Heard good reviews about the hotel spa though didn't try personally. Don't expect too much great attitude from the staff. Go with less expectations and you will enjoy the property.
