soloVery poor service. The rooms are tight and small compared to what you see in the photos. There are continuous power cuts in the property. We had an emergency and the elevators weren’t working late in the night, and the rooms are in 8 storey buildings, which require elevators. There are two, one is never switched on, and the one which is on keeps breaking down. It takes ages for anyone to attend to you in-spite of multiple calls made to the reception. The housekeeping doesnt keep enough drinking water in your rooms to start with, and for two days of our stay we weren’t provided drinking water even after calling the reception several times requesting them. The rooms have too many sharp edges, if you have kids accompanying you don’t book this hotel. Overall, extremely poor experience, not recommended at all. Good location with decent views though!
