Service was decent like when I ordered food. Bar and pool was good. Location wasn't good, chair was broken in balcony, lots of mosquitoes in room.

The hotel property is very very good and beautifully constructed with the best pool view in the town in a affordable pricing. Only problem is with property is no availability of staff after evening.

Dont book this resort, tent are pathetic to stay, too noisy , one cannot sleep at night there is so much of noise as it is close to main road, dont waste your money

We booked a deluxe category room which was very useless. It is a very old hotel. The breakfast is also just okay. There is nothing to eat .....The hotel is on a very high hill and it is very difficult for those who walk. You cannot come without a taxi ... The hotel free taxi can take you wherever you want and can also take you back.

Room was not good .... pathetic staffs don’t solve the problem .... even ac was not working .... bathroom water was brown in colour ... overall worst .... not recommended

Better than the expensive hotels near patong , it is peaceful , big rooms , bigger pool & good food. ( less vegetarian options though but it is like that in thailand)

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel looks very old and is in need of renovation. Cleanliness was not up to standard, as the rooms and common areas did not feel properly maintained. Another major issue is the hotel’s location on a hill. Many drivers hesitate to drive up, and some even ask guests to walk down for pickup and drop-off. Others charge extra due to the difficult access, which adds to the inconvenience. Additionally, despite the booking mentioning complimentary water bottles, they only provided two. Basic amenities like slippers, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were also missing, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their facilities and services.

The hotel is nice but its should be not expect how much i pay for the hotel. The hotel is far away from tbe beach.

Our experience is gud, nice place to stay, room are big, neat and clean, all facilities are available, breakfast is orsum, every type of food is available and full variety, live om-late etc counter, scotty available on rent, taxi driver knows hotel location, overall gud place to stay
