Ramada by Wyndham Phuket Deevana Patong

We had a beautiful and luxurious stay at Ramada by Wyndham deevana Patong. Everything is good except for the food but that's ok since we are from India. Great comfortable stay and good hospitality.

Very good stay I had in Ramada hotel, location-wise is best, easy to reach and silent passage. Perfect location to reach different nearby places. Good and supportive staff.

The first night we were handed the handicap room even after telling the hotel that it was our marriage anniversary we were denied a room change and after a lot of conversation our room was changed. The hotel’s breakfast and dinner were not short of terrible and even the lights in the room were so low that we thought of cancelling the whole booking and staying in another hotel. We were even asked to pay 90 Baht for childs milk.

It was beyond my expectations, the staff the service the hospitality restaurant all are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are impeccably clean and my junior suite was huge and comfortable. Thanks to the ramada group for such an amazing guest service and making my child’s bday super special by welcoming us with decorated room and a cake . I am really thankful

Good place to stay in phuket. very comfortable, great location near main area and easy access to everything.

The staff was not friendly, not accommodating to their guests.

hotel staff was good. but location of the hotel was very far from the beach n bangla road. it took 1/2 hr to reach. indian food was quite good but the feeling of stating in Ramada was terrible. I personally won't stay again. but for peaceful person it's a good choice

The stay is good early checkin was provided but there are few issues I faced. There is no room service after 11pm, electricity was gone for 3 hours 3pm to 5:30pm. For massage there was no staff we have to wait for 30 mins. Room was big and good balcony.

Average property, not very well maintained. We booked a junior suite which didn't meet the expectations. Also, the pool is quite small.

Extra charges for everything . Not suggested for stay fir Indians . No proper veg food.staff of reception is not ready to accept anything.

I had a very comfortable stay at Ramada Phuket. Breakfast was good . Approx 1 km from patong beach . Rooms are very Nice and Comfy.

The experience has been a good one overall. Its location being the best part as everything was easily accessible. Otherwise the staff was ok and food was ok.

Prime location close to restaurants and the beach; rooms were big and good with all amenities and some free snacks in the menu bar refilled everyday; even the breakfast was good with Indian options everyday adding a nice touch.

The location, food and property is very good. Rooms are clean with all the amenities. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Overall a wonderful experience.
