overall everything was good but indian breakfast options were too less in the hotel. also they tried charging me more when i ordered from room service for my kids ... after giving lots of explanation they changed the charges ... I recommend everyone to check the room service bills before making payment .

Poor Stay

location is the only saving grace. I booked a room with a balcony to be told at checkin no smoking. then when smoking outside the hotel I was also informed no smoking cannabis due to property being family hotel. giving me crap abt smoking legal substance in a legal country. rooms don't get cleaned daily on account of environmental reasons. I do NOT appreciate bs reason citing to save and cut more corners. no. instead. we stayed in rooms with thin walls where neighbours racket can be heard all evening and overall service is pretty shabby to say the least. mention the realities of ur hotel in advance. don't con guests. no smoking. no cleaning. annoying staff.
