I had a minor issue with my room safe, and the maintenance team resolved it within minutes with a smile. Their genuine care and willingness to assist made my solo trip feel incredibly safe and comfortable.

Stepping into diva patong hotel was like entering a calm haven after the vibrant energy of patong beach. My room on the 7th floor offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, especially beautiful at sunset. The modern decor and the impeccable cleanliness truly impressed me. After a long day of exploring, the quiet ambiance of the hotel allowed for a truly restful night's sleep. Highly recommend for those seeking both proximity to the action and a peaceful retreat.

Worst hotel. They asked me to go in a different hotel which they own. Gave me the room in the original hotel when I didn’t agree. Rooms were very bad too

Good for families with indian restaurants. Enjoyed stay and the food.

The location was in prominent area with nearby facilities. However, the photos of room that was showing in booking was not provided. They provided the standard room whose photos are not available anywhere . This was quite disappointing to me. We request to change our rooms also but they asked for extra money which we avoided. Not a good experience wrt rooms however the staff was polite, nice and owner was friendly that's why giving it as average experience.

Location was great, easily accessible and reachable from patong beach, bangla street and more. Indian vegetarian food variety was available and the food was good too. Services were good with hindi speaking staff and the entire staff was very kind and helpful.

We stayed at hotel diva patong with our two young kids. The pool was a lifesaver, keeping them entertained for hours. The staff was incredibly accommodating, helping us with car rentals and sightseeing recommendations. We also loved the nearby restaurants with delicious kid-friendly options.

Room is very cheap compare to other hotels near beach. Hotel restaurant offers cheap vegetarian food. Hotel staff service very good. Indian owner mr rakesh is very helpful in taking care of guest
