Excellent sea facing room. Once the staff warms up to your presence they are efficient. Was Keen to see the library but could not this time around due to time constraints. The is well maintained and one enjoys the slice of history.

The staff at desk does not have training of How to speak to Client, untrained staff at breakfast room. The rooms are not at all maintained. No floor towels outside Rest room, No Napkins near sink. The water drainage at sink not working, sink gets overflow with water, the shower and tap connections are leaking, the water coming from shower is less than the leakage from fittings of tap and shower. Very bad situation. Apart from booking through Makemytrip, I had personally communicated in email and booked my pick-up from Airport, which was confirmed in email with amount, but the same was not done. They did not even said SORRY for the same. Suggest makemytrip, to blacklist this Hotel from your list OR give very less rating, so people do not select this hotel online.
