Lovely Resort Needing Maintenance, but Mr. Jibin Was Outstanding

The resort has a beautiful design and is in a prime location. However, it’s clearly aged—bathroom fittings, furniture, and amenities look old and aren’t well maintained. The pool is lovely but has broken tiles at some seating areas within the pool. One important point to note: there is no lift in the property. So if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage, it’s best to request a ground floor room. We were initially given a top-floor room as per our preference, but once we realized the absence of a lift, Mr. Jibin went out of his way to arrange an upgraded room on the ground floor, which was a big help. A special shoutout to Mr. Jibin among the staff - he was exceptionally helpful from the moment we checked in. He took the time to guide us on nearby attractions, restaurants, and local travel tips, which truly enhanced our experience.

Very nice resort. Near to market. Away from noisy place. Nice pool with well maintained room. Restaurant is also good with choices of breakfast. Mr Jebin is very kind of person, he is always ready to help anyone for anything. He is a nice , well experienceperson.

Very wonderful experience in Naina... They have Malayali staff so Malayalis can go with confidence. They are a good company. Rooms well maintained and clean service also good. Location very easy access to beach and walking street

Beautiful property and location a must visit for every phuket visitor also not very budget killing and as close as it to the patong beach and walking street, it makes phuket a not so expensive city
