Grand Mercure Phuket Patong

The hotel is not at senior citizen friendly as there is no bathing area. A person needs to take a big jump to enter bathtub for bathing. The hotel front desk is very rude and non compassionate. No doctor on call available and doctor charges to be born by self even in case of injury caused by hotel negligence. The room size in pictures are bigger than actual. Indian food is available but pathetic. Overall, won’t recommend to stay in this hotel.

Good experience .. close to the main attractions in Patong but not too close to the beach road .. howver the roundabout is a litte tidious walking . Rooms cozy though a litre small for the price . Great pool and courteous staff to help answer all queries

The hotel is a great location in Patong - slightly away from the bustle but close enough to Jungceylon and other places. clean rooms, small but nice. The Grand Mercure is at a great location - near the sights but away from the bustle of the main streets of patong. The room was small but comfortable.

This hotel is not for a vacation, the same amount can get you much better options. At the breakfast, the variety is basic the rooms are clean but small and basic again. Not a luxury property, they do not have a balcony with the room as well.

It was amazing,truly enjoy it. Will definitely stay again. After conducting research, I selected I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

Its a great hotel…Rooms are very spacious and staff very coutreous. Location is amazing with all attractions of Patong nearby.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Hotel have no indian food or say very little indian breakfast spread at last corner... it gives us feeling that we are coming from 4th world and have no values. Where as more then 40% tourist are from india in this hotel. I think this is the time to Raise the Flag and let us show our values and presence. I request MMT platform to raise this concern to all Hotels in Thailand and advise them to take care of indian tourists requirements as well 🙏🏻

The room was average and food was also average. I think they should enhance the quality of food more.

We pay Hefty price for very small room. Everything they charge additional, there are other locations nearby provides good hospitality at lesser cost.

Breakfast 5/5. Room with pool access 3/5 (avoid taking rooms opposite the restaurant/bar as it gets really noisy during the day and almost zero privacy). Cleanliness 5/5 Amenities 5/5 Location 3/5 In house restaurant and bar 5/5 (do try their Litchi mimosas) Staff 5/5 Mosquitoes in and outside the room is troublesome but they provide you with unlimited supply of smoke coils and spray bottles to combat them.
