STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort

The resort was absolutely beautiful, with clean and spacious rooms offering stunning views. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. From dining to relaxation, every service exceeded expectations.

The resort itself is so beautiful that you can spend a couple of days in the resort itself. Polite and helpful staff, awesomely located pools make it even better. The staff will also hook you up with scooter vendors and taxi drivers so you don't have to worry about anything. One tiny downside is that it's about 1km inside the main road, so if you don't have a scooty it might be a little challenging. But since the scooty was delivered to us in the room almost(they let you park right outside your balcony) even that wasn't much of a problem.

Although the property itself is beautiful, it is located in a very secluded and far from all the markets and happening parts of Pattaya. The staff is mostly untrained and are not receptive or responsive to feedback. The room service is non-existent. They don’t provide room service post 10:15, which is a torture in such a remote place. I was served uncooked food/ meat and when I returned it to the kitchen I was told it was cooked, and they don’t see a problem with that. So no one cares. The booking said minibar in the room however the same was clean as a desert. Upon inquiry the staff denied any knowledge of minibar being provided as part of the services. All in all no one cares what the guests think. Totally avoidable given that at the same price you may get so many other hotels which would provide far more for far less.

One of the best resorts I have stayed, it is very new and high class resort at affordable price.

Place is amazing for relaxation with friends and family. Staff of this resort is very friendly.

It was really close to the booking offices and also the main attractions like big Buddha and Wat Chalong temple. Also, an amazing hotel with all facilities. There is taxi service and motorbike rentals near the hotel so makes it easier for the commute. Overall loved it.

Apart from the location, I liked everything about it. The rooms were nice. Bathroom was great. The pool was superb. Would have loved to stay for long.
