Noku Phuket

I recently stayed at the Noku , and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and made the check-in process quick and seamless. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the stunning view from my window. The hotel’s location was perfect—conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The on-site facilities, including the fitness center and the pool, were clean and well-maintained, providing a great way to relax after a busy day.

the entire stay at noku phuket from the time we checked in till we left was a dream for us. we got the hill villa and the ambience of the room and the location at which the hotel is situated was wonderful. the staff was so helpful and nice. they always had a smile on their face. the food there was exquisite. the coconut icecream was the highlight of it all. the spa facilities and the people at the spa were all so bright and nice. loved every bit of our stay and would definitely want to come back again 😁😁😁

Excellent location and staff and a beautiful resort with great rooms maybe the food could improve a bit

The property is well designed. The staff is very rigid and arrogant. They were not ready to sell me a tea at breakfast time. They kept forcing to pay for the whole buffet breakfast. We were vegetarian, the buffet didn't have much so i asked for cheese, which the staff refused and the manager had to be called. I needed towels to go for a day trip which was booked thru the hotels travel agent. They refused to let us take towels and send the towels back thru the tour company. I bought 4 towels from them at there selling price and was given old torn towels. The manager/staff said that these torn towels are the only towels they had. And it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel
