New Square Patong Hotel

The rooms are very neat and clean. Everyday, we went for a trip and returned them the key for cleaning. They cleaned the room every time. We did not make the towel dirty, so we got our 200 baht of security deposit back. The location of the hotel was very convenient.

The location of the hotel was perfect, main patong. I actually had booked room with breakfast, showed only coffee and tea in the hotel after booking.

Good hotel. Nice location next to mall.

Extremely disappointing experience 1. The staff does not properly clean the glasses and cutlery in the room; they only wipe them with dry tissues. 2. They do not remove dirt or clean the room properly. 3. The bed cover was full of disgusting stains. 4. The shower in the bathroom was not working for three days. Every day, they attempted to fix it while i was in the room, and they refused to change my room. 5. The attitude of the reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor hygiene, bad service, and unhelpful staff.

The stay at new square patong was good at the given price. Rooms are specious and the view from the balcony was excellent. Although it is about 1km from the beach, u will enjoy your stay at this hotel.

The hotel is good. But the staff there is very less or not properly managed. House keeping was a nightmare, hotel rooms never used to get clean on time. Yesterday till 8 pm in the night, housekeeping had not cleaned the room. Stay was ok. Rooms are nice with a good pool. Breakfast and food we have not tried so no reviews for that. There is lack of cooperation in early check in and late check out. They are squeezing out money at that time, we had the experience to pay full 1 day extra while checkin and also same issues during check out

the hotel is very centrally located near mall, bangla road and beach in patong .it is quite well maintained.they should add some vegetarian dishes in their breakfast menu ,specially indian guests.the room doors are hard to open and close ,making loud noise in the entire corridor. rest all ok. it was a wondefull stay. thank u.🙏🏻
