Nice place to stay but staff is not cooperative. Location is good. Food options not much available.

Good property to stay with family and friends. Good staff, pleasant room with a lobby and a great option of kitchen availability.

Patong Bay residence is a good hotel but for Indians who are vegetarian there is very limited breakfast option available. Also when we asked for extra laundry bag at the front desk to keep the thing as it was raining that day, the person replied that we have camera installed and we cannot provide you the same which does not make any sense. No proper sign for swimming pool or gym is also mentioned.

The breakfast was good but had limited options. Housekeeping was poor. We had ask for a extra towel which was denied and there was charges if things were lost like if you.lose your 2nd key it will be charged 500 thb which was ridiculous. Also a single spoon lost was charged 40 thb . Overall location was good but these things need to be considered

Staff ask me 300 bhat for yellow spots on towel and they finally paid 100 Bhat which I don’t like. Otherwise it a good hotel at very good location and at budgeted prices.

I just stayed for half day so not major issue but don’t stay here the location is off beat no near by store or restaurants not a location where you get stuff easily. Room size is too small don’t get attracted by photos. Staff is very rude and arrogant had a very poor experience at the time of check in & check out. There are many better options available in same range

Patong Bay Residence is a good property if someone is looking for budget friendly stays. The locatiof of the property is very convenient and nearby to Patong Beach and Bangla Street. The food is decent and the staff is cordial.

Nice location and nearby to patong beach area and bangla walking street. Pros- Good service at reasonable price. Cons- no shuttle service.

STAY IS VERY COMFORTABLE AT THIS HOTEL AND HOSPITALITY WAS VERY NICE AND THE FOOD SO YUM EASY TO REACH AT THE HOTEL FROM AIRPORT AND THE LOCATION IS VERY PRIME AND TH NEAREST ALL TOURIST PLACES

I must say it was beyond my expectations. I have been to phuket before , booked a place more expensive than this but it was nice place and in terms of experience and money, it was more suitable. We tried the breakfast. It was delicious but more variety in non-veg part though we were vegetarian but still food was good. The ambience was amazing and service too. The only thing made me dissatisfied was balcony. We booked for balcony room but view was pathetic as they offered the room in another building where balcony of no use. But room was quite spacious having all the amenities they mentioned. Worth the money

Our recent three-day stay, encompassing three rooms for a party of seven, was highly satisfactory. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The kitchen proved a valuable amenity. The exceptional view from the eighth-floor family room was a particular highlight, significantly enhancing our enjoyment. However, it is important to note that the family room and deluxe rooms are located in separate, unconnected apartments. This may pose a challenge for families, particularly during rain. We extend our gratitude to the staff for their contribution to a comfortable stay.
