Cocoon APK Resort and SPA Hotel

We stay there for 3 nights. It’s about a 15 min walk from Patong beach. The room was average, the pool was not clean but the breakfast was simple but good. It was value for money.

Location wise property is fine for stags or boys. No room service even phone not available to connect with them. Stay if looking for low budget option.

one of my friend suggested me this hotel he has been over here location is awesome right in front of bangla street foog was awesome excellent service from the hotel

ok ok type avg just for sleep room service is not at all good bath tub not working room service till 4:30 pm that also not on phone just find them

Old property, lift can not carry more then 2 people , no room service, toilet seat was broken , swimming pool was dirty

Location of the property is great. It is very close to Patong beach (walking distance), malls and local markets. Amenities are average and outdated equipment provided in the rooms. You have to request for housekeeping. They themselves do not send it. The above is for standard rooms. Maybe it is different for higher rooms. Overall my experience was decent.

The room is very bad and washroom also very bad and window curtain is demage

Hotel location was perfect but room was very old and small. AC was not working properly. Washroom was not clean

Stinky small rooms, non functional bathroom faucet , broken toilet seat, archaic elevator that could not carry just 2 people at once. Worst breakfast

Worst response from staff and room was not at all good. Lift was getting stuck and stuck sound in opening and closing of lift everytime. Not at all cleaned properly and unheigenic, bed was very bad, no shower to take bath and one broken jakogi was fixed to take bath in jakogi through hand shower only. One of the worst experiance. Ac was not working properly. Response of the welcome desk, other staff and cleaning staff was worst. Never stay in cocoon a pk resort it's completely spoil your mood and tour.

We booked the stay for two days. The rooms were clean and tidy. But on the day we had to check out there was no water in the hotel since morning inspite of continuous complaints nothing happened. And they told us to shower in the next building in a small dingy bathroom. I would not recommend this.
