Room's amenities were good. It's sea side view was good. Sea was not visible due to trees though.

rooms were clean and it is available at affordable price, washroom was pretty clean and they provide good amenities too.

The staff are good and helpful . Location is good it’s just a walking distance to the beach , n i dont try their food as so many nearby local streets food , bar and cafe were all closeby . Talking about amenities the gym room is very small , swimming pool is way more smaller doesn’t even look like a pool cnt even swim n it’s dirty . Also one night we book the sea view which is front side n the other night we book the garden view which was just at the back side their wasn’t any garden should have just mention back n found it more smaller .

We found this hotel very good. The beach front hotel is not at all bad wrt the negative reviews given by various travellers previously. Value for money.

Poor infrastructure, the pool was very small and not usable. The place was not as clean as the photos.

Romma are not clean they don’t have any staff for carrying your laggage lift is not working properly dirty towel’s small size room no room service dirty rooms wire box open in room balcony is too dirty and they don’t provident basic amenities and denied to provide water bottle more than 2 in a day but they book room for 2 adults and 1 child staff is also not cooperative and they only have bread butter and eggs in morning breakfast never book this hotel

The location of the hotel was undoubtedly good but the behavior of the staff did not win us over. So i could not give the highest rating.

Location excellent, staff is very cooperative and ready to serve guests 24 hours property and rooms are good overall a nice experience

Worst hotel, no one listen. Poor quality room. its register in 4atar category. Nor even look like 1star. Unhygienic place, no proper cleaning nor even their so called fresh towel

Definately not a 4 start hotel. Very old property and smells a lot. The lift was not working when we were staying. I booked Delux jaccuzi and pool access room, the jacuzzi is very old and broken. Pool is another comedy, it's like you are accessing other people guests pool, steps are there to go into the pool but not to come out😂. Staff was very rude. And finally the location,it's just a beach front hotel with lot of sound of tuk tuks with loud music till morning, you can't sleep properly that is for sure. Better find some other good hotels near patong.

Pool was not at all good. Some of the rooms have very small washroom. Same buffet menu in the morning everyday. No lunch and dinner facility available in the hotel. Booked since property was awarded 4 star rating which i find highly overrated.

Pleasant stay pleasant stay. Fantastic location. The staffs were very helpful (except for one young lady who was very unhelpful on two separate occasions. The room was clean. The usp of this hotel is the location.
