Great location. close to Patong Beach and Bangla Road with lots of restaurants and bars etc. Breakfast was ok with almost no choice for vegetarians.

No indian food or restaurant as your showing while booking

Location wise good as nxt to patong beach and bangla street but the staff is not helpful as refused to give assistance to fetch luggage from the room. Electricity was out for almost 3 hrs during the 2 day stay and the hotel demanded to pay 1000 tbh as security/deposit which is completely vague. None of the hotels ever charge but this hotel has some wierd rule for deposit which they return after checking the vacated room. No such condition was mentioned while booking. This is completely strange and annoying rule of the hotel.

Hoteliers do cheating, they will spoil anything, they will break or they will take extra charge by telling damage.

I loved The Hotel. It was a awesome stay there. For five days. But staffs are not so kind enough but okay because they See many many peoples everyday to stay at their Hotel may be they fed up to talk and treat fairly everyone.

Centre of Patong and walking distance to food market, beach party.

The Gig is close to Bangla street but also a bit far removed from it so it gives you the much needed privacy. The rooftop pool is the best part of the hotel. Watching the sun set at the pool is priceless. Room service is good too.

Just one thing that I personally don't like is breakfast provided as food box to carry with me on early morning flight. It should have more veg options. Rest everything is awesome.

Great hotel. Rooftop swimming pool was awesome. Only issue there was no lock for washroom door.
