Park Grand London Kensington, London

We found this hotel to be the worst we have ever stayed in and not as represented on the website. Firstly, arriving in heat wave conditions in London, we had to carry our heavy suitcases up 4 flights of poky stairs as the lift was not working for one day. Then we immediately requested another room as our first room had a broken fan and airconditioner hose hanging out the open window and connected with a plastic shopping bag. Our second room was so cramped and tiny that it was impossible for more than one person at a time to move around in the room (the other person had to stay on the bed), and the London trains ran practically all night long right by our side of the hotel, making it impossible to sleep. Being in an older style hotel, our room was hot and had a very inefficient, in fact practically non-existent, air cooling system. As well, the desk staff were either unhelpful and/or did not speak very good English. Then for breakfast (which was quite acceptable in itself) was not on the same premises, but in the 'sister' hotel across the road and down a few doors (which I should imagine would be a very chilly walk in winter!). On the good side, the bathroom did have nice new fittings, and the young man who showed us to our first room was very nice and empathetic. However, all the other negatives were major and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Central Park Hotel London, London

Single room small in size but it of for short trip. Breakfast is good. The coupon provided for breakfast do not indicate English or continental which is confusion as both are served in same place. WiFi available in lobby only and it is with limited access and limited speed which negative point.

Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel, London

Initially the rooms provided to us were poor and pathetic, but on raising our concern, we were offered better rooms and all issues were resolved to our satisfaction Some of the employees, such as Mr. Vishwas Restaurant Manager & Mr. Niall Front Office Manager were outstanding.

BEST WESTERN PLUS Park Grand London Heathrow, London

I received good hospitality from reception staff. Staffs were very supportive in terms of guidance and way out to be in London since it was a new city for me. They did guide me very well. Accommodation looks very crampy within the room, I mean rooms are too small.

The rooms are cosy for a single person staying for a short trip and spending less time in the hotel room. Breakfast is good. People are hospitable. The WiFi is good. Overall, it's a good place. Atleast that's how I felt.

Hotel 65 London, London

The hotel was a decent stay. Location is good and the area is neat and clean with a good locality. Rooms were a little small in size but overall, value for money and a good budget hotel. The staff was courteous and friendly. Recommended for business travellers.

Euro Hotel Wembley, London

Room & bathroom very small in size. No intercom & lift provision facility available. Breakfast & wi-fi are very costly. Whereas these should be complementary. But Staff members were very co-operative nature. Only a plus point of this hotel.
