We had a room fronting Cromwell road on the 1st floor and we could hear the traffic all night. Bathroom was very clean but small. Hotel was located in a convenient location - plenty of restaurants and pubs closeby and close to the tube.

Stayed in this hotel for a business trip for one night and picked it based on good reviews, reasonable price and good location to Central London. I wasn't disappointed. Although the room is small and basic it is very compact and has everything you need. The location is perfect -2 mins from Lancaster gate tube station which is perfect for central London where I needed to be. Also has a few restaurants nearby. I was also amazed at how friendly the staff were -they could not do enough to help and would stay again for that reason alone. Would recommend if you're looking for basic, averaged priced hotel for a short stay near the centre.

I received good hospitality from reception staff. Staffs were very supportive in terms of guidance and way out to be in London since it was a new city for me. They did guide me very well. Accommodation looks very crampy within the room, I mean rooms are too small.

You can't go wrong with the location of this Hotel. Right next to 2 tube stations and Over ground station. 10 mins by bus to Oxford street and 20 mins to London eye. Food is not a problem in this area as there are many Indian rest. Close by. We were in a club room which had microwave and fridge facilities which helped. All in all good hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful. It is located at the canary wharf and the view from the hotel is splendid. The helpers and staff is very courteous and helpful. There is a provision for parking on a nominal paid service. Had a great experience at radisson blu with my family

The stay was good, rooms are renovated and are of adequate size for a couple. Facility is clean and staff is helpful. Location is average with no good restaurant nearby and overhead/tube stations pretty far away. There are direct buses to central London and it takes 30 min + wait times. Tip: Have your dinner and then head back to hotel if you are a tourist.

Excellent location and value for money. Breakfast though not that spread but you shouldn’t expect at that money. Very near to tube and Kensington Palace. Many restaurants at walkable distance. We got room in 3rd floor and lift was also working. Reception was helpful in guiding us for local tour.

This hotel is located close to Hounslow station and is just a minutes walk. It is a very neat and clean place. Rooms are large enough and comfortable. The beds are clean and good. It is a well maintained property. There are good restaurants around this place - walkable. We also found an Indian restaurant that serves decent Indian food !!!

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is located near the Bethnal Green tube station so getting around London was rather convenient, although it takes some time to get to the city centre where most of the sights and to-dos are located. The apartment that we stayed in was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Most impressively, the service was impeccable. Staff members go door-to-door to deliver a selection of freshly baked macarons on a daily basis, and if you are not able to answer the door, a plate of macarons will be left your room to greet you at the end of a weary day. The complimentary drinks and beverages made available in our apartment everyday also made for a lovely touch. When one of my family members fell ill during our stay, the hotel staff went out of their way to contact a doctor and to send their well-wishes. We were thoroughly spoilt by their warmth and attention to detail. This hotel comes highly recommended.
