Great service and clean rooms. Satisfying experience. They also offered a complimentary phone. Breakfast was really good. But remember to take extra 200 SGD with you as they take it as a security deposit. Not many good eating places around hotel.

Singapore is expensive and I must say that this hotel is really value for money. Ferrar Park MRT, Little India and Mustafa center all are in walkable distance. We stayed in a triple occupancy room which was small but clean. Location of this hotel is better than the hotels of similar range in Little India district because roads are wider and neighborhood is cleaner here . There are lots of option available for Indian food nearby. We reached hotel around 8 AM and early check-in was arranged on chargeable basis (SGD 40). On first day, we got room#305, which was not a good room to stay. Geyser was not working and ventilation window in the bathroom does not open because it is blocked by Hotel’s sign board outside. Though hotel located in the peaceful vicinity of Buddha temple but rooms are not insulated for outside noise and sometime traffic noise disturbs you in the sleep. We got change of room for rest of the nights and settled in #405, which was a better stay with little extra space, working geyser, ventilation, nicer view and lesser noise. It is a budget hotel so they don’t have running kitchen and room service. They don’t have minibar also but a wending machine is installed outside hotel. Iron, hair dryer, multi plug are available but only on request and that too against some deposit (refundable). WiFi is only available in lobby and it is a pain to come down every time to access anything on web. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They have printed map of MRT + Bus route highlighted for the popular destination of Singapore, which was very useful. Hotel also provide clock room facility where you can keep your luggage if you don’t want to pay extra for the day. We did not knew this and booked one extra night because our flight was in midnight. We did not use room that day, our luggage was lying in the room which could be stored in clock room also. Overall a decent stay. Recommended for the people on budget trip. Room Tip: Don’t choose #305, choose rooms on higher floor.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy Singapore. All hotel employees are very courteous, helpful and patient. Ambience, greenery, swimming pool and other amenities are too good. Very near Orchard Street and other shopping malls. Worth the money spent.

The location is perfect. It is walking distance from the famous Clarke Quay area. And about 10 minutes walk to the Clarke Quay MRT. Since it is an express hotel, all the room sizes are the same. Price wise it is a bit expensive than compared to other hotels which are in other good areas too.

Nothing great but is just a decent hotel, like most 3 or 4 star Singapore hotels although there are other hotels which are as good or better. This is the first time I stayed there and honestly I will be looking for better options next time. I got a room where AC was making a lot of humming noise. When I told them it was immediately attended to and since it could not be corrected so they changed my room, which was quite a hassle as all stuff had to be carried to the other room. Location wise it is bang next to Lavender MRT which makes it very convenient if you intend to commute using train, so travelling to CBD areas including Orchard road is easy. Also, it is close to little India and Mustafa (about a km or less) so convenient and easy, if you want to buy any item from Mustafa 24/7 or looking for decent eating options in the evening or day time. Building is old though and rooms very small but small rooms is true for most 3 or 4 star Singapore hotels. Overall value for money but nothing to write home about. Go for it if you get a very good discount or price. One side view is open and the other side blocked. Ask for open view else it may become quite gloomy.

The Hotel is very easily accessible as it is situated near major MRT stops. Also it is very near to Major attractions like Sentosa Island, ChinTown and Little India. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. Morning Breakfast buffet has a large spread and is Vegetarian friendly. Definitely a value for Money place as I return back with loads of joyful memories from Singapore :)

As a tourist you are likely to spend 12-14 hours outside the hotel then inside. So this is a good place for a basic boarding in case travelling with family. Lower priced, clean Rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Located about 1km from Mustafa centre which has all the Indian eating joints, opposite the Hoa Nam which is a bus stop that connects you to all other major spots. Wash rooms were clean. Only fly in the ointment was the air conditioning kept going off on the 5th floor in room 16 and it was very warm at night . . Has a line of bars and local food joints if you are feeling adventurous. The Vietnamese barbecue restaurant is definitely a try. There is a super market next door to buy daily essentials and eatables invade you forgot to pick up. Oh also try the fresh juice vending machine just outside their lobby.

The hotel was good. But they didn't provide toiletries as shown in the hotel website and the room service was quite poor. The check-in checkout time should be more flexible. The interior of room is very pleasing and relaxing.

Very helpful concierge . Special mention of norish and Mel who went out of the way. The handy phone is also of a big help to tourists. Superb location as you step out into Clark quay and its hustle and bustle specially at night. Overall a great place to stay. Would stay at the same place next trip.

Stayed for 9 nights in a Park-view room. Hotel staff were very very cooperative everywhere. Room was bright, kept clean regularly, well fixed bath, no disturbance whatsoever and good net connectivity. Next door Mall, with all practical utilities. That was a boon. A food court with also Indian food at a very short walkable distance. The stay was an excellent experience. I would recommend this place very much.
