Angsana Laguna Phuket

It was a huge property, and we were happy with the amenities available. The staff was incredibly friendly and consistently offered helpful assistance during our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The entire experience made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a great stay.

The food at Azura is excellent, especially the Italian dishes. The location and overall setup are also very good. The only area that needs improvement is the room interiors, which could benefit from an upgrade.

It was a really lovely stay and the staff were very cordial and helpful. The property also has a lot of different amenities to look forward to!

The property is more than a 5 star property. Its very Amazing. There are many places to explore scenic beauty and activities to do. One can spend a whole day in this property. Swimming pool is very big. There are many restaurants at the beach where we can enjoy the waves at the beach. We can do water sports as complimentary by the resort and 10 minutes goodbye massage and welcome drinks. The staff is very kind and cooperative at every time. This resort makes my tour super. Highly recommend to stay at this resort

There is no happiness in this resort. Deserted and sad hotel. very big property but staff not that courteous. they have weird policies like serving Indian food only in the room but will not serve at restaurant. Water is served at the price of gold 270 Thai Bhat (INR 700) per litre. some people at reception are very aggressive

Amazing property, amazing facilities, peaceful and well connected. Staff is friendly and quick. Loved the shuttle service and the boat facilities.

A special mention goes to the beach restaurant, which offered not only fantastic food but also stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent property with good and well maintained rooms, a variety of decent restaurants, three swimming pools and a well equipped gym, and a quaint beach club by the sea. All in all great hospitality and an enjoyable experience!

Great property, but not so great service and food. Language is a major issue, very difficult to explain what is needed. Too many mosquitos in the room. Please do fogging to control mosquitos in the lobby and room

Located in the laguna. We got a free upgrade to beach facing room. Huge property with multiple restaurants and pools. They have complimentary boat and shuttle to go around the laguna hotels.

So glad i chose this property to stay at. Its located in a very posh locality of phuket, and hotel gave a beautiful family vibe. The room was very spacious, making it very comfortable.

Best hotel in my life. I stayed there for 2 nights never feel bored and find need to go anywhere else

5. The hotel is located very conveniently, not too far from the airport and with good mts connectivity. Service was prompt. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was very comfortable.

Angsana laguna is located at beach side with wonderful surrounding. I booked a two bedroom villa which was located at an odd place in the property. Reaching there was a problem. Get a buggy and than walk through a restaurant passage. Rooms very extremely low quality on decor and bed had wheels which kept on moving at night. The furniture was of low quality and very very badly kept. Breakfast was ok with one indian veg option. Not worth spending 30k per night. At best a low level 3 star hotel. Never going back to angsana laguna again

Location and hygiene is good but food quality and availability is not great

Stay: stay and rooms are just awsome. Property is quite big. So we can spend whole. Day in the resort. Food: food among bar's resort is food options like fried rice, burgers, beers you can take during happy hours. Breakfast is good too.
