Andaman Embrace Patong

We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and delicious buffet breakfast. Pool and rooms are very clean. Hotel ambience is nice. The location is fabulous. We will definitely come back again next time. Highly recommended hotel in Phuket.

Very beautiful property near by patong walking street and near to beach.Food is more Non vegetarian few items for veg food as well.

Rooms are quite small, no indian food in breakfast, staff not good but they have good big swimming pool

Staff was very rude and talked very loudly. Ms showed pathetic behavior, she shouted on us without any reason. Hotel does not provide any service after 5 pm. Very untidy rooms

Hotel was situated in far from patong beach. In booking time there is clearly written that outside guests are allowed after asking hotel management they charges extra 1000 bhat for guest to enter hotel. Pool area was very unhygienic & they didn’t make up my room next day very bad experience there food was also not gud

Location is very good and their services are very good as well. Their meals are good in taste and variety in the breakfast they provided are excellent.

Its a good hotel and location is good and near by Patong Brach

The property is nicely located within walking distance to the patong beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the food was not up to the mark of a mm t luxe property. Their swimming pools were also not cleaned on a daily basis and the old pool with kid section needs to be repaired otherwise would cause injuries.

Front desk office staff very curt and inhospitable unfriendly the room were not to the mark.

I stayed at this property for 4 days, last day when i was checking out they asked me for 500 thai bath as they didn’t find 1 small napkin in my room, i told them that it was dirty so i gave it to the person who comes to clean room and deliver towels but than the person on reception said it’s on in our record, and if you want stay here till 10 am whenever that service girl will come we will ask her and that was first and they already know i have a ferry at 8 am in the morning, lastly i had to gave 500 thai bath to receptionist as i have to leave for krabi and the person was already at the lobby to pick me up, the receptionist didn’t even listening me, i paid around 22000 indian money for staying at this hotel for 4 days and in the end they just wanted some extra money from me for no reason it was worst.

Excellent location and rooms. Both pools are clean and maintained. Breakfast was yummy and having lots of choice

We stayed at the andaman wing which was under renovation. Renovation work was loud throughout the day. Very average experience. 10 mins walk from walking street. Not much vegetarian options available for breakfast.
