There were a lot of vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet,making it a heaven for Indian Vegetarian.

Horrible service, very very terrible staff, they don’t have a way of talking. Recommend not to stay here they are completely mannerless and so slow and have no response to anything. Worst stay ever, they treat Indians like SHIT

Nothing Great! Requested for a place near to the reception as my wife is pregnant. Denied. check in took time. The room was allotted at 4 pm. The service is slow. Food in the restaurant is mediocre and expensive

Centara Grand is only accessible by boat and they have their own free speed boat shuttle service for that. The amenities, food, location, and views from this private beach resort is perfect. However the front desk/ reception service is slow, especially during check out and needs patience.

service is really slow, they are so understaffed you order stuff in your room and it reaches you after 20-30mins. forger early checkins they cant even manage check in on time. food is subpar and is super expensive. long trekking to aao nang market. gets really crowdy DO NOT waste your money.

The location was great! The property is well made but we faced a couple of challenges. The blinds didnt function properly, there was a blood stain on the duvet cover which we had to get replaced, the bathroom door kept getting stuck and the jacuzzi malfunctioned. The service was top notch so these issues were addressed after communicating with the hotel staff. Food was great except the Indian food that we had booked for our private dinner. Thai food was exceptional, Indian food was a 3/10. The spa was amazing.

very poor service and the walk to ao nang beach is terrible, resort and beach is good, could book better hotels at ao nang for the same or lesser price

Hotel had a private beach, property is quite good, indian food options are limited and taste is okay.

Outskirt location, one has to climb hill to reach hotel. No road connectivity to hotel. You have to wait for ferry boat everytime as per hotel wish. Poor maintained property, no sufficient staffs, no proper service. Staying in any hotel connected to the road at Ao nang beach is much much better. MMT has given downgraded room then what we booked. It normally happens in this hotel. Beware

old furniture and accessories for washroom for 2 people weren't provided. cleaning was not done on a daily basis

Stay is one of its kind but for the service. Staff could be more responsive. Definitely not a high class hotel, descent luxurious experience as service was a big turn off, which prevents me from giving a 5 out of 5.

Our stay at centara grand beach resort was amazing. The location, surrounded by lush cliffs and a private bay, was breathtaking. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had stunning views. We loved relaxing by the pool and trying activities like kayaking. The boat ride to the resort added a unique touch to the experience. While the check in process could be improved, everything else was perfect.

The property is very beautiful and calming. It is very well maintained as well. For food it does not have much option for Indian cuisine, but offers a lot many things for international cuisine.

Reservation: I was having multiple questions to be asked like shuttle service & road access, etc. But they didn’t cared to revert due to which we land at ao nang point near monkey beach hoping that they will pick up the luggage from there and we will walk via monkey trail. (bad experience before booking) check - in: i complained about my staircase light for room no. 1035 on 8th november ’24 at front desk but no resolution by them till my check out on 10th november ’24. It is still a dark spot at night. Centara app: it is being informed to me that if you want to communicate anything for shuttle you can message. I scheduled my time but when i reached the pier they informed the you should call instead messaging. Even after check out. I still don’t know what is their correct mode of communication in which they communicate. Location: the best part of the property is only location & view. Food: food quantity is very less according to the price.

The service was worst. The fan wasn’t working. Even after complaining no one responded. Checkin was delayed. Please dont get carried away by location

This hotel will amaze you by spacious rooms with the fantastic views. Complimentary speed boat shuttle services are one of the notable facilities. Do not expect the buggy services.
