The resort was good however, there were lots of issues. The lady at the reception i guess she is the owner - was very rude and unwilling to help when we checked out. Quoting exact words- she said : " once you check out, you are no longer our guest and hence we cannot help or do anything for you. All we requested was a drop to the main as the resort is a 30-40 min walk to the main road and is located in the interiors. They even had their own vehicle which they use for guests daily - but she denied us since we had checked out. Secondly, there is no sealed bottled water, they provide bottles that are re-filled. Lastly, they have dogs at the property and her dog bit me. This is the worst thing to ever happen.

Su is a wonderful host. We enjoyed staying with her.

Stayed here for 3 days. Felt like home. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful Resort constructed near Aonang. You can hit the Beach in 10 mins using scoot y. Although the food options are not available after 9pm but I will give this a big thumbs up as you will definitely want to explore the millions of food options in the Beach vicinity. The rooms are beautiful. I Miss the balcony so terribly. The entire ambiance is so serene and ethereal. My next trip to Krabi definitely has this Resort on my wish list. Kudos to the 3 lady staff working here. We reached early and they even did check us in an hour prior!

Room has all modern facilities and is big and good. Pool is very nice. They even help you book Tours at good rate. We booked hong island tour through them. They also offer free shuttle to ao nang beach about 5 times a day. I REALYY ENJOYED THE TRIP, STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL

Spent a great time at the resort. Close to thara beach and regular pick ups and drops to ao nang beach. Rooms are large sized, can easily accommodate three, even four. Good facilities at the resort overall. Staff is very friendly. Felt like a complete family environment. Highly recommended overall.

Location is a bit outer of Krabi but awesome one and pretty much cooperative and helpful staff with a swimming pool, WiFi facilities, bar and reasaturant and other facilities. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

Good experience and friendly staff... Service is not good but you can stay as the price is low as compared to other resorts. Drop and Pick-up facility is available. We enjoyed lot.

Class hotel, lovely people, very safe, and perfect location from Ao nang. All you need is within reach. Hiring of motorbikes available at the resort. Very neat and clean and well maintained resort. Food too up to mark ..

Reception service was worst, had a bad time to stay here, try not to book this hotel which is far from the center and the service is horrible from them. They need to learn how to talk to guest. Overall experience was worst.

Worst experience ever of staying in a supposedly 4 Star hotel. Except for the swimming pool everything else was not up to the mark. The toilets were old and dark without any toiletries except for soap dispenser. Which 4 Star does this - I have been to many but this is the first one to do so. On arrival, instead of being greeted with a smile and trying to make our stay comfortable, first thing I was asked to do was pay more money! They said that I have to pay for my two year old to have breakfast despite her being allergic and not being able to have anything from their breakfast menu - they were not willing to make anything special for her either but said that if I don't pay, they will not check us in. This is really disappointing by any hotel/hospitality industry standard. I could go on but the short recommendation is never go to this hotel at least I would never do or recommend anyone to.

I have stayed over 500 nights in hotels, never have I ever experienced a worst customer service. The owner/ management were non cooperative with everything. Had plenty of problems. They run it like a prison with tons of rules around everything.

Hotel was quite clean and facilities are good but much far from any area very deep from the road where you can not go by walk by yourself. There is lack of staff and no one would be at the counter as an when you go to the reception.

This hotel is located in a noise-free, quiet place. Rooms were clean, however in the bathroom - the water-draining arrangement was partially defective. In other words there was constant collection of water in the shower space and at corners (though this is not a major issue). Swimming pool was marvelous. Being relatively close to Ao-Nang Beach (3 Km) , and facility of free shuttle transport 4 times/day, this was an ideal place for families. Our stay was enjoyable overall and would definitely recommend for families. As there was ample choice and variety of food available near the beach, never really needed to taste resort food except for breakfast
