Location and amenities were excellent,however the food service in the restaurant needs improvemrt , I was on a trip with my family we opted to have dinner in the sea facing restaurant ,my overall experience was marred by noticeable differences in how guests were treated. It became quite apparent that there was a preferential attitude towards European customers, with Indian patrons, including myself, being treated with less attention and courtesy.

I choose the resort based on rating of mmt. The location of the property is very good but it is little bit away from main beach (aowng) and city life. But suttle service is available from the resort free of cost. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Behavior of staffs are very good. The only areas to improve is food quality. No indian option is available. They should think of it, if they want more indian tourist.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room is ok for the price. Outside the room amenities are good - restaurant, beach view pools are good. Few negatives - distance from aonang beach (there is a shuttle but still it reduces flexibility). It takes around 15 mins travel time. Its a beachfront resort but this beach is not for swimming (good for views and beach vibes).

The location was a bit far from the main area but the vibes, the pool, it felt so close to nature and the best part was the property felt like a part pf beach which was collected. The services were also good.
