Staff was not good rude behaviour the receptionist was not good at all so check on that to keep a good staff

Great environment, good and helpful staff, great accessibility. I had a wonderful stay here. The property is located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. The staff were always courteous, responsive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Accessibility was excellent — public transport and key locations were easily reachable. The food options were varied and delicious, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

This is run like a hostel. If you go there thinking its a luxurious high end resort please avoid. There are almost 600 rooms with occupants and its basically run like a premium hostel. Picture showed direct access to beach. That’s incorrect. Oil is at a consultant walk across the road. It doesn’t feel like part of the property.

The location is awesome..!!! food is also delicious and with lots of variety in buffet .. we really enjoyed the breakfast..!! we enjoyed swimming and bar at the pool and lobby bar is also awesome ..!!

Amazing location and food. I recommend everyone to choose this property. Sea waves and awesome swimming pools are marvellous

Excellent hotel facilities. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the beach. Housekeeping and room service was very responsive. Location is a km away from all the noise yet easy to reach by tuk tuk.

Beautiful property located on the beach in Phuket. It’s ideally situated away from the hustle and bustle of bangla road and other small shops. The quality of the food and cocktails was amazing. Though the deluxe room was slightly small but we guys had so much fun at the property. The staff was very sweet and courteous. Even during the rush hours of breakfast.

We were at the property for 4 nights. Being a vegetarian, we had limited options for food at the property. The property is beautiful with 3 pools one being the infinity pool. The food was great. Very close to the patong beach, so access to beach was very convenient.

Wonderful experience. I loved the property, and location service could have been a little better, but overall, it was a great stay for family. Not much vegetarian options to eat. Great ambiance

Its a nice hotel with in patong market is very near to the hotel and rooms were also clean make sure check inn and check out always takes time as its a 600 rooms hotel so reception is always busy and there are long line

We had a very pleasant four night stay. Lip snacking breakfast, great decor and helpful staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. The food choice and taste was equally good. Thanks to nam, honey, koka, hannah, tikky and the entire team! we will visit again when in Phuket.
