The hotel property is nice since it is at a lone island however multiple issues 1. Commute from to & fro hotel is miserable. They didnt call or inform about my check-in procedures as to how to reach their island. Somehow, i tood a thailand mobile number and contacted them. They took 2 hours to send a boat which is 15 mins away 2. They do not have any information about city tour or any sort of sight seeing of the city, they ask you to go to main isand which i did several time. Finally in the total bill, they have charged me thousands for all the boat ride they gave me 3. Only food option in thai and each order takes about 1. 5 hour to deliver at your table inclusive beverages which takes about 2-3 minutes to serve to customer. Moreover there is no option in vegetarian hence i needed to daily travel to main island to pick veg food for my wife from main island and then pay money as well for boat rides after all this i am still ratting them "3" as average just because the property is beautiful and peaceful
