Hyatt Regency Dubai.

The property is a good near to SOUKS. Food is Good, can be better in some areas. We booked the stay through MakeMyTrip and we booked club lounge access benefits with it. But we were denied club lounge access and breakfast in club lounge as the name of room category in our booking was wrongly mentioned by MakeMyTrip trip and their third party intermediary. we made numerous calls mails to MakeMyTrip trip but they denied directly calling the Hotel and said they cannot as they are using some intermediary in booking that we are totally unaware off when booking via MakeMyTrip. They said they will mail the Hotel. Despite my several mails and information to MakeMyTrip about the problem and corrections needed no action was taken and our whole satay was over before any resolution can be done. After it all the MakeMyTrip trip offered 5000FTV for our problems, HOW UNAPOLOGETIC AND WHAT AUDACITY. MY advice is never book through MakeMyTrip and if booking confirm directly with the hotel about the facilities.

I was denied checkin at the hotel

Stating from the check in it was not up to a 5 star standards! I got my room after a long wait for 2 hours despite going an hour after the standard check in time. Staff attitude also doesn’t help. They need to catch up to 5 start standards!

The Front Desk People Are Not That Friendly.. Waiting Time Is Almost 30 Minutes .. Rooms Were Not That Good & Matching To Hyatt Standard

This property is situated at Deira a well connected . Neat and clean, good spread , well equipped zym and pool. Nice service. Very big lobby. I recommend this property to all

I stayed in hyatt regency, diera dubai for 2 days and the hospitality of the hotel was too good. The cleanliness was perfect and the view from room was amazing. As my breakfast was included and that was too perfect in taste. The staff specially Ram Ji was so helping person. He helped me so much in everything. He guide me. I feel so safe that I choose hyatt regency.

They take amount from my credit card without my permission

I had a nice stay at this property. Right from check in to the end of my stay everything was smooth. The staff are very friendly n welcoming. Aishwarya at the front office was very helpful. The rooms are very spacious n comfortable. Would definitely stay here again Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff are also friendly. Nice location. Will surely come again

Hyatt Regency Deira Dubai charged for the 2nd guests 300 aed per night even though booking was for 2 adults.. All they want is just the money...... they don't care a bit about their customers.

Location of the property is amazing, facilities were also great. Service could ve improved more.

The property was very good but the biggest problem I faced is there was only one receptionist among the 4 tables at prime time of 10:30 AM and so it took me almost 25 mins just to check out.

All good but there is one issue that they do not provide complementary milk for infants and little children

variety of food was there at breakfast and the experience of stay was fabulous. Location near to gold souk and connectivity through infinity bridge saved a lot of time.

Rating: 10/10 My stay was perfect! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive. Excellent amenities like the pool, gym, and breakfast. The location was ideal for exploring. Overall, a fantastic experience – I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!
