Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa Bur Dubai

This property is located in the central area of BurDubai and all markets are around this hotel. Staff is cooperative and helping.

The room and ambience is really old. Here and there things weren't working properly, broken door hinges. A poor smell was coming from washroom all the time, dirty washroom with bathtub. Overall we did not have a good experience. We won't be booking this hotel or recommending to anyone.

Stayed at Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa for 3 days and had a very disappointing experience. Basic essentials like toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. The bathrooms are extremely small, the toilets aren’t fitted properly, and most of the property feels old and poorly maintained. Breakfast options were very limited, and overall the place feels like it’s lagging 5–8 years behind in terms of standards. Hospitality was also far from satisfactory. Definitely not worth the stay.

Property wasn't that good in terms of hygiene. Food was ok. Facilities ok and location is ok ok

My room has several issues the WiFi isn’t working, there is no glass provided, we ask for towel at 9.30 pm they denied and tell will give in early morning, fridge is not working.the service has not been satisfactory, and the room condition is poor.

Nice and comfortable stay. Good support staff and service. Helpful front office/reception staff. Decent breakfast options.

There were broken coffee cups for all days of my stay. they not changes just cleaned and put back. that too of different type.so I think the management should take corrective step to renovate the hotels.

I stayed in several hotels but the service is below par in this hotel.Location is good,Food is average and service is below par. The amenities mentioned while booking tickets and reality is different half of the things were missing and while asked foe the same in reception there was no response. Very poor experice

It was very good . With the hell of MMG I come to know about this place. Everything is perfect and clean no one disturb me while I’m was there.

location of the property is good since it's on main road. Food is same for almost all days. No variety. No change. Amenities are all average. Nothing exceptional. services. Didn't ask for the services, so don't know much. Although asked once for the water bottles in the morning and we're told to pay if you are taking it before 9.00 AM. I mean , that's absurd.

Everything here was very good , from hotel staff to room and plus the location is very good , everything is at steps .

Price was Going Too Much Higher As Property Has Don't Have That Much Value And No Good Service Given By Hotel Also There is No Cleaning in The Room And On The Floor. Not Expected

Our stay at Arabian Courtyard Hotel, Bur Dubai, was average. The biggest drawback was the lack of amenities in the room—basic essentials that one would normally expect were missing. Cleanliness was also a major concern, as the standards were quite poor and did not match the impression of a 4-star property. On the positive side, the staff was courteous and accommodating, though there is still room for improvement in attentiveness and overall service quality. Overall, the hotel has potential given its location and reputation, but it definitely needs to improve on room amenities and cleanliness to justify a higher rating.

Toiletry were not upto mark , when ask for plates in room it was chargeable that to disposable dish they gave in such a premium class hotel

Not a very organized lot. Felt more like a motel to me. The F&B needs to rake up culinary skills as the fresh cooked items in the breakfast including the eggs and sausages were of poor quality.

Old property. But has good acessibility. Good location. Breakfast need to improve. Recommended for budget travellers
