The only thing good about the hotel is the rooms. Even water they charge & don't provide in rooms. the breakfast is pathetic & didn't take for 1 day too. Even though I was charged for it. Really will never would have visited this hotel but there was no rooms in mariott. please avoid if possible.

We booked a room and we ordered food so basically all what we asked in the menu is not available. So i asked the IRD team tell me what is only available and we will order. The way they take the order was unprofessional and not up to hospitality standard. We ordered club sandwich and i asked for brown bread. When they delivered the order the food request we asked is not followed. So i called and one staff answered he told me that he is not the one who took the order it is his colleague that was on break now. So where is the proper hand over and handling guest request especially when it comes to food allergy? Instead of giving me solution he said that he doesn’t know the order bcoz he is not the one who took our order. . And one thing this the firstime i went to hotel that u are checking in their hotel but you need to pay parking for 35 dhs. Really. People are not helpful. They check our room before we check out and ofcourse they saw that we left something but they did not inform us. I left my original charger in the hotel and i called but they did not give me proper answer.

Room provided was clean and big,Thanks to the front desk staff who works at late shift ButBreakfast is worst. you will have sleepless nights as there are many bars in the same building,the loud music is intolerable.they do not provide more than 2 bottles of water. only good thing is it's close to Metro and Al-ghubaiba bus station. Before I arrive to hotel I had fears because I read some negative reviews so I booked for three nights then I extended it two times to 9 nights & I’m still enjoying vacation in the hotel with my family, honestly it’s a great experience staff is so nice, yes sometimes we suffered a little get the room service but overall the experience is excellent & we will definitely repeat it again.
