Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai

Hotel is under renovation. The new block is not operational yet and the rooms are in the rundown old block. The old block is very dark and dingy. The wash basin was clogged and water was leaking on the entire floor of the bathroom.

The ambience, the facilities, the cooperation from staff especially Aditya & Dheeraj.. Only one improvement needed, to add Indian Bread also...

It was really great that they accommodated to check in our bags beforehand and also very close to the mall.. However, the systems seemed very old, hierarchical and the building was under renovation.. No car drop direct at the entrance.. Need to walk uphill or go to the basement! Didn't give the feel of a great hotel . . Overall was average for the price paid!

Convenient location with IBN Batuta mall right in front of the hotel . Staff is very polite . Rooms very spacious and well equipped .

Well no rooms were provided together all though we were a big family of elderly and small kids One room on 4th floor another on 9th floor The room was upgraded for me but too much inconvenience… U had to go every single day on the front desk and even to the duty manager so that some1 does my room servicing which was supposed to be done everyday!!! I asked for a late check out which they agreed but what was noted on their desktop message portrayed a different story… There was no co ordination between the staff members Very less man power… I will never visit this hotel ever again

Property is above expectations in service and luxury. Stayed for a week and without any issues. Felt relaxed and fresh with each day spent in Oaks . Highly recommended if you are looking for luxury stays

Stay was pleasant, good and comfortable size rooms, nicely located 5 mins walks to central bus stand, metro. Excellent for people who wants to travel to jebal ali or abu dhabhi though breakfast spread could be better.

The room was very nice and lovely, the reception staff were friendly but the problem was the wait at check in, as I was told the rooms were not ready so went out and had our dinner then return to the hotel and the surprise was that the rooms were still not ready.... It was a confirmed online booking on make my trip

This hotel amazing place to stay, specially i should say about the housekeeping team for keeping this property crystal clean, the room service is amazing, i love the food here, they have the best chefs, thanks for the upgrade i got, the best housekeeping team.

It was a lovely stay.The ambience itself was a great experience. The staff were excellent.Ms Rose at the reception was a great help. To sum it up, felt like a home !👍
