It was great staying in this property. Just the location is bit away from main city. Good for relaxing and peaceful vibes. Good indian food

Went for a staycation, to the 1 year old property, the rooms were spacious, Interiors of the hotel were beautifully done, and room amenities were very modern. More staff to help manage are required as phone were not answered several times. On checking in, it was an extra charge for the paddle tennis,Fix the pool and beach asap.Offer kayaks without guided tour. Increase activities for guests, games room, table tennis, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, etc. chess board

Hygiene and timeliness and efficiency of staff

The check in took long time at the end we got a small room that not fitting to the category that we booked. The reception isn’t accepting to change the room. Quality is not matching the price of the room. During check out the reception was stressing us out of the room many times. The bed in the pool is also with 400 aed extra. Overall the hotel is 5 stars but not providing the 5 star service

Staff are very friendly and cooperative. Especially michelle at reception & shier year bell man. Amenities in the room & room is very nice and clean

I enjoyed my stay here. Alila at reception was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate her professionalism. Very clean hotel, great staff. Must visit
