I stayed in the city max hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. From the reception checked me in within 5 minutes. Room was exactly like what showed in pictures. room was very clean and equiped. overall stay was a pleasant one. I liked it. hotel is well maintained. hygiene and safety was excellent. However I could notice there were no dental kits and bathrobes. In online booking they mentioned food from outside allowed and online order delivery allowed. But when I ordered from noon, the SECURITY DIDN'T ALLOW him deliver the order to our room. well that's exhausting, then hotel should not mention that online order delivery is allowed.

Horrifying Experience – Room Given to Another Guest

One of the most unsafe hotel stays of my life. At 4:30 AM, another guest was given the same room key and entered while we were sleeping – a complete security failure. The manager refused a refund and only offered a free meal and future stay, but no offer can replace the loss of safety and trust. Even the plug point was not working. I will never return, and I cannot recommend this hotel until they fix their security and standards.

Clean rooms and comfortable space, did not avail the food but restaurants within-the hotel and nearby, nice pool but no heater, friendly and helpful staff

Stay was excellent. Location is excellent shopping mall market is very near. I am vegetarian they don't have much option for vegetarian but near by lot of indian restaurants.

While booking the room they mentioned to give room with bathtub butat the time i arrived they gave room without bathtub. Happened many of times
