Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah

Our stay was for my girlfriend's birthday. The Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah was good, but our stay became perfect thanks to the staff. They were incredibly flexible, which i honestly didn’t expect. Before my arrival, i called the night shift to inform them that we might arrive around 12 pm or 1 pm. The response was that early check-in charges would apply, so my expectations were quite low. However, upon arrival and during check-in, the reception staff completely changed my mind with their exceptional service. A big thank you to the receptionist who gave us a beautiful room with a great sea view. I also want to express my gratitude to mr. Same h for his outstanding hospitality and excellent management. He is truly a great example of what someone in charge should be. During my two-night stay, his willingness to go above and beyond to help us was greatly appreciated. His professionalism and friendly approach made a huge difference. Thank you as well for the late check-out! another staff member who stood out was a filipino receptionist. I went to the front desk after 2 am to ask for cutlery. He informed me that the restaurant was already closed, but as i was leaving, he offered me cutlery from his own food order just to make sure i was okay. He even apologized for offering his personal items. This level of care and attention to guest comfort is rare and truly admirable. Lastly, i want to thank the security team, especially the day-shift guard, who was always smiling and eager to help. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay so memorable. You’ve set a high standard for hospitality, and we’ll definitely visit again!

It was really good stay and real nice neighborhood too.... I deeply appreciate the Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah staffs for their hospitality in services .... definitely will recommend it in the future

Clean rooms and comfortable space, did not avail the food but restaurants within-the Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah and nearby, nice pool but no heater, friendly and helpful staff

Stay was excellent. Location is excellent shopping mall market is very near. I am vegetarian they don't have much option for vegetarian but near by lot of indian restaurants.

Only had breakfast, good breakfast, more items can be added in menu. Location is excellent, city centre. Rooms are tidy /neat. Double bed is too small for 2 persons.
