Quick stay, business trip, fine experience

The stay we selected was short, we checked in earlier than 2:00pm, the Royal View Hoteliers' were accommodating, and gave us a fine room, we got the back side room with view of the RAK mountains, there is a small swimming pool for children with sun bathing chairs and towels and shower and changing room also we enjoyed it, it was a bit cold probably the water heaters may not be working as informed by the life guard, there is. chances that other guest come in and take video any way, there are also plenty of security camera in the Royal View Hotel. the pool was clean. There is mall called Al Mannar mall till 10pm on opposite to the Hotel just walkable distance if you want to explore other foods or the night life rush, normal temperature in RAK was 17C we had turned off the room AC still was cold, if there was a heater it would have been wonderful, but we had hot water in bathroom so we had hot water bath. the room we selected is ment for two person. and yes they do require proof of identity and a refundable deposit other than the normal booking charge, there is also a small fee for RAK tourism. so enjoy your trip.

the staff in f.o (night shift egyptian gentleman was very kind and always helpful) the room was great just that the air vent was just one instead of 2 to make the room get cold quicker,the hk attendants were so welcoming and clean the room everytime up to standard,and if we requested water or extra sugar they were so helpful!! i will come again for the stay!💜as for the location of the Royal View Hotel ,it is super convenient!! as we checked out we used the local bus 🚎 just 4minutes away from the bus stop! so that we go to al hamra😃

Housekeeping
Front office :- Check in and check out was ok Housekeeping :- Room amenities were full so we didn't need bother about anything. Even though we requested some more amenities which were honored subsequently. That one guy who was a trainee on our floor helped me a lot. Kudos to him. Overall :- Our stay was good and Room view was awesome.
