Mangrove Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Mangrove Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — from the warm and professional service to the spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location is perfect, offering beautiful views of the mangroves and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. My room was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing view that made my stay even more enjoyable. Considering the excellent quality and comfort, the price is truly reasonable. I highly recommend Mangrove Hotel to anyone visiting Ras Al Khaimah — it’s a perfect mix of comfort, great value, and top-notch hospitality.

Far from 4stars. The room smelled like mold, the painting was coming of the walls, the bathroom wasn’t clean, so we had to wear fillip flops when using it. The pool area was full of birdshit and so was the pool. In the gym there was pool of water on the floor. All in all, one the worst experiences. No value for money.

Food is ok, water is brown and dirty, toilet seat is soiled, room is clumsy and they tried to fit everything in same room without spacing. Tv is not working. When u enter the hotel floor it smells like cigarettes, swimming pool is very small dont even think the photos are actual. It again has brown water and there is lather at the edges. Of-course for the same reason, they write swimming pool is your own risk

Hi, I stayed in hotel for 1 day as I was on business trip, the hotel upgrade my room from normal to deluxe. It's really nice stay and wonderful evening.

Staff shortage and not good service

Everything is fine but foods are truly costly.

While booking it was clear mentioned Wi-Fi is free, when I reported to hotel they change the policy and said Wi-Fi is free only In public area like lobby, in room its chargeable @ 50AED PER DAY BASIS. This cause troublesome during my stay.
