City Stay Beach Hotel Apartment

Food was good. Location was ok as well. But, hospitality services need to be improved. Staff need training.

A decent hotel to stay for a night. Definitely, we enjoyed the grand breakfast served. The pool horizon beach view is stunning.

i didn't not stay, I didn't even go there. i booked for my family to stay in one place for eid, however after booking i discovered that it is 3 different rooms and we are family with kids where we are supposed to stay in same apartment, then when i requested cancellation they refused both booking agent and the hotel refused a cancellation and I am paying for what i did not utilise, that's bad experience

I found it through makemytrip and its just good.The overall experience and service from staff are amazing

This property is overly priced as compared to the room. Excellent the view the room was not that good. It was smelly and the bathroom as well. Just for a night so we adjusted. Before we thought to extend but after entering in room we changed our mind. The good part is the food is good. Nice breakfast buffet and lots of options are there. In house food also reasonably priced.

It's only an average hotel. But the best thing is the sea view balcony for new year fireworks. Affordable rate other than new year day.

Food - very good, breakfast spread very good waiters in the restaurant are very friendly and co operative. Location - outside noise from the roads is disturbing at night. Pool- needs to be heated specially during winters room services -good. Overall good !

hi., as requested .. for one single big bed .., it was 2 single beds .. shower not working properly.. tv not working… overall experience not good

Location was awesome and safe. Food was fantastic whtever u need staff will arrange and give me. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Hotel and room is very clean nice view location

The receptionist there were not polite. And there were not even providing most the necessities and towels they were so old and the bathrobes they were very old and dirty. When you request something it will take like more than 10 minutes we were 3 of us. They can only bring 1 item if you request something.

It was an excellent stay but for the beach, it was closed, that's disappointing, hotel people should have informed before hand, otherwise i wouldn't have booked food was very good and the service at restaurant was excellent especially ms. I mu was very good in her manners and service, also the other staff including imalka sameer khalil mohamed akashay all were very good and cooperative love the stay there and would love to visit again, if the beach is available

Good day, i would like to bring to your attention several issues with the room i am currently occupying. Firstly, the bed is not comfortable and does not provide adequate support. Secondly, the kettle in the room is not functioning properly and is unable to boil water. Thirdly, there is a significant crack in the bathroom sink which may pose a safety hazard. Lastly, the dental kits provided in the room have wet covers, which is unhygienic and not up to the standards expected. I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly to ensure a comfortable and satisfactory stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, kiran kishore.

Amazing hotel everything is perfect and staff very helpful i advise all to try its really really amazing

Water in swimming pool so hot no access to beach not allowed to swim in the sea and got only 3 beds in room for 4 people
