It's so clean and so nice, but also so crowded, so it was really good. The stuff was so friendly and also breakfast. Amazing

Average experience. very little options for vegetarians, particularly Indian food choices. The only good stuff is the house keeping stuff who were very helpful.

Their service was the worst service ever . We kept calling for them to provide us with water but nobody gave us water and we had to go outside and buy water

My husband and I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah and it was nothing short of beautiful. From the moment we checked in, the experience felt like a perfect little escape. We got a sea-facing corner room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the beach, alongside the pool from our balcony. Both of us are water babies, so waking up to sight of the sun slowly rising over the horizon felt incredibly grounding. There was something magical about watching the sea change colours through the day. In the evening, we enjoyed live music at the property, which set the perfect mood before we retired for the night. There’s a sense of peace that comes with being close to water, and this trip reminded us how much we need that every now and then. Breakfast the next morning was wholesome and satisfying. From freshly made live waffles to a variety of hummus and salads, the spread catered to both indulgence and health. We took our time, soaking in the view, sipping coffee and planning nothing. The location was about an hour and a half from Dubai which makes it a perfect spot for a quick break or remote work as there are cubicles specifically with charging cables and uninterrupted WiFi connectivity. There are restaurants like Claw BBQ, Karma Kafe etc, which have various offers for people staying in the property. It wasn’t just a stay and felt more like a much needed reset.

stay was good, got a room on 10th floor and there was a very loud noise coming in the room. we couldnt sleep then complained and we changed the room in the middle of night so it was very disturbing as we had to wake up our kids and carry them to another room at 3 am in the morning … else room and service was good. hotel was very crowded because of the holiday so it was difficult to find a table in breakfast . over all it was a good experience my kids enjoyed alot .

The room which we stayed had issues like hair dryer was not working and at bathroom the lotion and face wash liquid was not usable. Also at evening there was huge noise outside the room and was quite disturbing as we could not have good sleep. The room keeping service was average as they responded very slow. Food could have been better with more mixed option rather than being european and continental. Overall it was an average stay for the amount we paid.

Room rate is high with respect to the hotel service. Food below average. Will not return back for sure.

I booked two nights all inclusive family suite for 4 persons. Upon arrival at the curb side, instead of getting welcomed, the staff member asked us if we currently holding a booking. Visibly, we got profiled as we are not the typical customer profile. Every time someone called, they address me by mr. So despite a first contact at the checking counter, no rectification was made to their records. Staff at the buffet were extremely hardworking and very approchable. It was my birthday and was not tracked during checking procedure. This still an attention to details that no everyone possesses. Basic room amenities were missing in the room and getting them took longer (2 towels for 4, 2 water bottles, no slippers, extra bed sheet/ pillow and duvet for the sofa bed. I think similar hotels & resorts should include non alcohol- all inclusive segment. Because, we barely have a narrow selection of mocktails. Price should be less than a regular all inclusive. Knowing my mocktails key ingredients, we can’t substitute a coconut cream with a coconut syrup in a virgin pina colada.

I want to thank the Spa team for all the special treatment provided to my friends and . To the young lady who provided the hot stone massage...she was very good and well knowledge on protocols for her craft. Also thanks to the security team especially Hassan who ensured of that the hotel was safe through his actions to find me to have my car moved to paint an area. We were impressed by the surveillance system☺️
