Fabulous superb location ,ambience , large room beautiful view , great and grand and delicious global spread with our soul food and top of everything hospitality by each and every staff is excellent. Their alert services made feel like home when away from home

The hotel stay was amazing. They gave us a complementary upgrade also which was very welcoming. Room views were amazing. Room was very spacious. Hotel location is very good. All the good tourist places are nearby the hotel such as marina bay sands. Chinatown. Lau pa say. Arab street. Haji lane. Raffles hotel.

Being in Marina Bay gives you easy access to the Bay’s attractions (Gardens by the Bay, Esplanade, the waterfront), major business districts, shopping, restaurants. If you want to explore Singapore without long commutes, this is a best property to stay.

Fantastic room, widest spread of breakfast and buffet. Excellent service and staff. Stayed here 2 times. Location is very premium.

This hotel has all the makings of a 5* hotel, it’s stunning. Pros Great location with stunning views over the marina (if you have the right room) Awesome toiletries - mango line by Jo went down a treat Food standard is very high with a great choice for picky eaters. Unhelpful - the reception and porters were really friendly and helpful. However the restaurant staff leave quite a bit to be desired. Language was an issue in some cases but the lack of customer service in the restaurant (by people waiting on tables) was less than desirable

It was a nice stay at Pan Pacific. The ambience was quite good. The room was well managed and comfortable with a nice view. The food was great.

Hotel good no doubt but Everything from the room to the toilet is visible At least make the room such that the toilet is not visible from the room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Awesome location, just at marina area. We took a marina bay view room. Rooms were spacious and have a nice view of whole marinabay, gardenbay and merlion park.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff is very friendly. Food is very good. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. It is a wonderful hotel with amazing views from the balcony.

Pan pacific hotel is the best choice i made. Stayed there for 5 nights. I would like to say from check-in to checkout everything was perfect and hasselfree, location, ambience, hospitality eveything is perfect. In addition to this, two good malls are connected to the property. Special thanks to mr arson, mr yuan and mr kuselan for their warm hospitality.

Rooms are quite small, i had choosen bath tub. There was no bath tub room provided and cost is quite high

about pan pacific don't have tell u anything location all star, excellent every thing is excellent. from cheak in to cheak out give all star of the earth all staff is excellent food amazing ,even they have indian food also again excellent and last the person on the reception desk mr. abhi he was very kind and very very co-opetaive . nice abhi u are rock thanks to all pan pacific staff
